A 15 minute dolmus ride in the opposite direction finds you in the bustling market town of Fethiye. This brand new apartment is set in a superb central location 10 minutes away by foot to the resort of Hisaronu. The apartment has 3 bedrooms and is ideally suited for four to six people.

Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. However in the event of same day changeovers we request the apartment is vacated at 12 noon to allow the cleaning team access.

| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 (en-suite) with double bed. Bedroom 2 with double bed. Bedroom 3 with twin beds. All bedrooms also contain bedside cabinets and wardrobe/storage space. |
| Bathrooms: | Ground floor toilet/shower room with wc. En-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 with shower, wc and basin. Separate large bathroom with bath, wash basin and wc. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen is fully equipped and contains fan assisted oven and gas hob, a washing machine and a large fridge/freezer. A micro-wave, toaster, electric kettle cooking utensils, some pots and pans, glassware, crockery and cutlery are also provided. |
| Living Rooms: | The lounge has a large picture window and a door to the spacious veranda. The lounge is attractively furnished with two large settees and in addition there is a coffee table and a satellite TV for your entertainment. |

Towels and linen are provided and are changed on a weekly basis. For cleaning services please contact us for further details as we can offer a package to suit your needs. |

Outside
The apartment has a large veranda with easy access to the shared swimming pool. Sunbeds and parasols are provided.
Coast/Beach
The beach closest to the apartment is Oludeniz where you can find Belcekiz Beach and also one of the most photographed scenes in Turkey, the Blue Lagoon. Oludeniz can be reached by Dolmus and takes approx 10-15 mins. Various water sport activities can also be found down at the beach.
Travel
The nearest airport to the apartment is Dalaman (60kms away) and is approximately a 60 minute drive to Ovacik. Transfers can be arranged to and from airport, please contact us for more details.
Distances
The resort of Hisaronu is a 10 minute walk away (or alternatively a dolmus can be caught) and the market town of Fethiye, which has a lovely harbour, is a 15 min journey on the dolmus.
Further details
The villa is under the well known Babadag mountain range, so the area is popular for hand gliding and paragliding. For the adventurous, flights can be booked locally. Private airport transfers and welcome packs can be arranged on request.
Booking notes
At the time of booking a £50 deposit per week is required. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure date along with a refundable breakages deposit of £100.
