There is an adult and children's paddling pool, play areas, games area, and landscaped gardens with sand pit etc. There is full air-conditioning throughout and the properties are furnished to a very high standard. Sun-terrace is 31ft x 13ft, with outside furniture, barbecue and shaded area. All windows and balcony doors are upvc, all have mosquito nets fitted. There is a caretaker on duty 24 hours a day. Notes on accommodation
There are security doors and intercom in both apartments, also full air conditioning and mosquito nets.
Children very welcome, with small safe pool for kiddies, play areas and games room (ie. video games, table tennis, pool table tennis, darts, etc). Landscaped gardens with small play area for the kids. Manager on-site and 24 hr Security.
Outside
There are 2 pools, one for the kiddies, and they are both heated by the sun! There are landscaped gardens and play area for kids, outdoor furniture around the pool. Outdoor furniture also in both apartments. Penthouse sun terrace has shaded area with built-in lights where you can have your glass of wine on large sun terrace 31ft x 13ft and cook alfresco on the BBQ. Book club now started for 2007. 100% positive feedback from my customers.
Coast/Beach
There are 3 beaches within a 8 minute stroll of Sultan-Way. The beaches are of a lovely golden sand. Many water sports on offer, also diving, fishing, boat-trips, etc. Many restaurants at, or even on, the beaches. These apartments complement my other 2 bed apartment nearby - Owners Direct Ref: TK455.
Travel
Nearest airport is Bodrum, about 1 hr 10 minutes away, also Izmir is approx 2 hrs from Altinkum. You do not need to hire a car as Transfers can be organised to and from airport by myself through my estate agent/factor 100% positive feedback from 2005, or you can organise many different ways yourself.
Distances
Centre of Altinkum/Didum is a 8 minute walk away, also the centre of Didim, where there is a local market, Dolomus Buses every 4/5 minutes. Places of interest include, Temple of Apollo, ancient city of Ephesus, and new for 2005, a nearby Aqua Park. There are many good restaurants on the beachfront.
Further details
Amenities close by are shops, supermarket, banks, doctors surgery, ATM Machines, restaurants and bars especially along the beachfront, also the Blue Cafe 100 metres away where there are 10 computers for internet access. ps, very cheap. Booking notes
To book, please phone or e-mail. 20% non refundable deposit to be paid to confirm booking. Outstanding balance to be paid a minimum of 6 weeks before departure. Unfortunately due to persons not informing of breakages and damages, for 2008 there will be a £50 damage payment required upfront, this will be returned once the apartment has been inspected on your departure.
