Notes on accommodation
The apartments are in an elevated position which ensures that even on the hottest of days they benefit from gentle and cooling breezes. Add this to wonderful sunsets and starry skies and you have a tranquil and picturesque setting, perfect for a relaxing and carefree holiday. All bedrooms are fitted with air conditioning/heating. Information book in each villa - full of useful local information and ideas for making the most of your holiday. A high chair, baby bath and travel cot is available on request. The villas are non-smoking; pets are not allowed.
Outside
Each apartment has a built in BBQ and outside dining furniture and share a landscaped private garden with banana, orange, lemon, apricot and olive trees. There is also a lawned communal garden. Shared Swimming pool (18m x 8m x 2.5m) and kiddies splash pool. Sunloungers and pool furniture. Shower and toilet block. A private car parking area is situated just outside the apartments.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is Koyunbaba 1.5km with crystal clear water, pontoon and beach cafe. Gumusluk the unspoilt village on the Bodrum Peninsula is 5km away with its famous fish and seafood restaurants, and glorious sunsets. The whitewashed houses are bedecked with flowers. Rabbit Island is a short paddle away, and the village has a beach with stunning views Yalikavak, famous for its windmills, is 6km away with many restaurants and bars, clean beaches, a marina and a fantastic weekly market.
Golf
There is a new golf course at Tulza (near the airport) 50 minutes drive away.
Travel
Bodrum /Milas (BJV) is a 50 minute drive away. A private transfer is recommended and can be arrranged for you.

Minimarket 750m. Koyunbaba Beach 1.5km. Gumusluk village, resturants and Rabbit Island 5km. Yalikavak beaches, restaurants, marina, supermarket 6km. Turgutreis supermarket, beach, restaurants, marina 16km. Ortakent aquapark, Kipa (Tesco) 18km. Bodrum shops, restaurants, nightlife, harbour, Castle 23km.
Further details
A good local bus service (Dolmus) interlinks the Peninsula villages and Bodrum.
Boat and fishing trips are a must and can be booked at any of the marinas or tourist offices.
The Aquapark just outside Bodrum is highly recommended if you have kids (or even if you haven't!). Bodrum Castle is well worth a visit (lots of air conditioned rooms to cool off in) as is the museum.
Day trips to Pamukkale and Ephesus are also suggested either as a tour or by hire car.

Bookings can be secured with a 25% deposit. Balance payable within 8 weeks of departure.
Credit cards, debit cards, UK Cheques, UK Bank transfers, Paypal and good old fashioned cash are all accepted. A returnable security deposit will be charged.
