Coast/Beach
The famous Olu Deniz beach characterised by a lagoon of turquoise clear calm water is easily reached by local transport or by hire car and is a 40 minute journey away.
There are numerous other small beaches and secluded bays from a 20 minute journey down the mountainside to the coast.
Travel
Dalaman airport is a 45 minute ride away into which many charter and low cost airline fly.
Car Hire can be arranged from £20 per day.
Return private transfers to Pine Villa are easily arranged.
Car Hire is advisable but not essential as the local minibus service runs hourly from the village.
Distances
Pine Villa is a 5 minute walk into the centre of Uzumlu, a traditional Turkish village, which contains local shops and a modern wine bar and restaurant.
20 minute ride down the mountain takes you into the bustling port of Fethiye which boasts tremendous seafood restaurants and a cosmopolitan atmosphere.
