Calis Bay Villas are 2 spacious detached properties standing in their own private walled gardens. They are two of four identical villas situated in a quiet corner of Ciflik, close to Calis beach. Each villa comfortably sleeps 6 people, and the villas are available to rent individually or as a pair, subject to availability. Separated by a shared garden wall, Calis Bay Villas represent the ideal solution to vacationing with a large family group by providing individual space and privacy with two neighbouring but completely independent villas, each complete with its own private pool.

Calis Bay Villa 2

On the ground floor of each villa there is a large air-conditioned lounge/dining area, each with a dining table easily accommodating 6 people. Both villas have a television with Digiturk and a DVD player as well as a radio/CD player. Also on the ground floor each villa has a toilet/shower room with small hand basin, and a utility room boasting a washing machine and a full-sized safe for valuables. The kitchens are equipped with all the holiday essentials, including a traditional Turkish coffee kettle, crockery, Tupperware and cutlery. There is also a kettle, full-sized refrigerator and microwave for convenience. A pine spiral staircase leads upstairs to the bedrooms and main bathroom. In Villa 2, there are two double bedrooms with a wardrobe and chest of drawers and one generously-sized twin bedroom with a large wardrobe/drawer unit. All bedrooms have air conditioning and each has its own private balcony. |

Accessibility
Please note both villas are two storey properties, with the upper floor accessed by a spiral staircase. There is also a small step into the bathroom on the upper floor, and care should be taken with children and adults with mobility problems. There is a toilet and shower room on the ground floor and a sofa bed to accommodate guests unable to negotiate the stairs.
Outside
In each villa, double sliding doors open out from the lounge/dining room on to a shady terrace, and two steps lead down to the main sunbathing and pool area which has a parasol and four luxury sun loungers. In addition, there are doors to the pool/garden area from the kitchen. Each villa is completely encircled by its own garden with plenty of space to relocate sun loungers if you wish to find some shade.
The large L-shaped private pools are cool and inviting (but not cold!), and ideal for relaxing after a long day at the market. Each pool is approximately 6m wide and 4m long at its widest points, and is 1.5m deep, with no gradient. Marble steps in one corner allow easy access to the water. A life preserver is positioned close to each of the pools for additional safety. There is also a novelty outdoor tree shower if you prefer to cool off without taking a dip. Our unobtrusive pool man attends to both pools early each morning to ensure they are kept in perfect condition.
Coast/Beach
Calis Bay (sand and shingle beach) is 5-10 minutes walk from the villa, with the busier main beach approximately 10 minutes by car.
Travel
The nearest airport is Dalaman, approximately 30 minutes by car. Please note, the villa rental cost includes transfers from and to Dalaman airport for all guests, in dedicated luxury air-conditioned transport.
Distances
Calis is approximately 10 minutes away by car, and Fethiye is approximately 20 minutes by car.
Further details
There are 3 small local shops within 5 minutes walk of the villa, where you can buy general food provisions and delicious fresh local bread. There are also two small hotels within 10 minutes walk where you can enjoy a lunch or evening meal.
Calis and Fethiye are the two main towns in the locality. Calis is a small picturesque resort town, bordered by a long stretch of sand and shingle beach. The main promenade boasts an array of restaurants catering to every taste, as well as some small souvenir and jewellery shops.
Fethiye is a larger, bustling town, crammed with numerous shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafes where you can purchase anything from Turkish delight to a handmade rug.
