Prices include cleaning and laundry. Discounts available for longer term lets. Discounts for repeat bookings. Flight and transfer costs are not included. Transfers can be arranged at approx £10-15 per person each way. Please call/email for up to date pricing, discounts and availability. We've found flights to be much cheaper if you book early. Special offer £50 discount for all 2009 (2 week) bookings.
Changeover day
Normally on a Monday or Wednesday but can be flexible.

Notes on accommodation
All apartments have air conditioning to the bedrooms and lounge/kitchen. The main restaurant and bar area is air conditioned. There are two children's pools and play area.
Accessibility
There are stairs and a lift to all apartments. The penthouse is over 2 floors with a marble staircase to the top floor.
Outside
There are 2 shared swimming pools with 2 children's pools, outside eating areas, swim up pool bar, shaded and sunny sitting and sunbathing areas.
Both apartments have balconies with table and chairs overlooking the pool, (the penthouse has a large roof terrace).
There is a shared full size tennis court.
Coast/Beach
The Aegean coast has some fantastic beaches. Altinkum (which translates as 'Golden Sands') has miles of glorious coastline where you can relax or try out one of the many water sports on offer. The main beach is about a mile away (5 mins drive).
Travel
Bodrum airport is 75 mins away.
Izmir airport is 90 mins away.
Transfers can be arranged if required, expect to pay about £10 - £15 per person each way.
A car really isn't needed, there's a courtesy bus from the complex and taxis are about £5 to go anywhere in Altinkum.
Local buses (Dolmus) are very cheap and frequent around Altinkum.
Distances
The new marina (due for completion 2009) is 5 mins drive. The Apollo Temple and Aqua Park are 10 mins drive away. Didim centre with its Saturday market is 5 mins drive away.
