Clean towels and linen are supplied on arrival. Linen can be changed during the stay at an additional cost. The apartment will be thoroughly cleaned for your arrival. Further cleaning during your stay can be arranged at an extra cost. |

The living area and both bedrooms have a dual air conditioning/heating facility.
The apartment is situated on the 4th floor with lifts to all floors.
Outside
The apartment is situated in an attractive garden area overlooking the large heated pool and children's pool. Sun loungers available. The whole area is set in a private and well maintained complex.
Coast/Beach
The blue flag sandy beach is a 5 minute walk away and offers water sports and boat trips.
Golf
The famous Belek golf course, designed by Nick Faldo, is 45 mins to an hour's drive from the apartment.
Travel
The nearest airport is Antalya approx. 1 hour from airport to apartment. Airport transfers can be arranged if required.
Distances
The town centre of Avsallar is a 10 mins walk away with lots of bars restaurants and shops. There are also a number of nightclubs in and around the area.
The larger resort of Alanya and Side can be reached very cheaply by local buses (Dolmus) from the main road.
Further details
A large lively and colourful market is held weekly in Avsallar a 15 mins walk from the apartment, well worth a visit. Also
an exciting water park is a short bus ride away.
Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of £75 is payable at the time of booking. The fnal payment of rental is due 6 weeks before arrival. A refundable £100 deposit (for breakages etc.) must also be paid in full 6 weeks in advance of holiday date. If the booking is made in less than 6 weeks before arrival then full payment is required at the time of booking.
