The nearest sandy beach, Kucubuk, is a 5 minute drive, the resort of Gundogan (with its large sandy beach, bars, shops and restaurants) an 8 minute drive, Yalikavak with its sophisticated atmosphere, Marina, fish restaurants a 15 minute drive away. Bodrum centre 20 mins drive and 'trendy' Turkbuku, the summer playground of Turkey's elite, just 10 mins away.

Prices for the villa are per week in UK Pounds. Changeover days are flexible, therefore your holiday is not restricted to weekly bookings. Discounts can be given for bookings of one month. Reductions possibly available on request.

| Kitchen: | 2 kitchens, 1 at living level, 1 at pool level. Both have cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine. Microwave and kettle etc. |
| Living Rooms: | There are 2 - one upstairs and the other at pool level. Both have comfy sofa's/furniture, coffee table, for you to relax in. TV (with freeview satellite), DVD player, CD player, small dining table and chairs. |
| Other: | At top floor level, there is a 'quiet' area outside the master bedroom with comfy furniture. Somewhere to go and relax with a good book, or open the French doors onto the balcony and take in the sunset views. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and bed linen are provided. Beds made up fresh on arrival. If a mid week, or weekly clean is required, this can be arranged at an additional cost to guests. Please enquire re costs. 2 washing machines are provided. Beach towels not included. |

Outside
Outside, the private pool and sun terrace beckons a large lawned garden surrounds the pool, so plenty of space for children to play, or for BBQs during the evenings. The views out to sea from the pool terrace are breathtaking – just sit back, relax and watch the fabulous sunsets and twinkling lights of the bay light up with a cool Efes or glass of Cankaya, local white wine. What more could you want?
Coast/Beach
The villa is less than 5 mins drive from Kucukbuk's sandy beach. A larger sandy beach can be found 8 mins away in Gundogan in one direction, whereas Trendy Turkbuku with its beach clubs, glamour and glitz, is 8 mins drive in the opposite direction. Yalikavak with its beach, is about 15 mins.
Golf
The new Bodrum Golf course at Ortakent, is approx 20 minutes drive away.
Travel
A car is advisable for this location. Bodrum airport is approx 40 mins drive away. The Peninsula has lots of history to explore in its many towns and villages.
