Our villa is one of only 3 villas on a small exclusive development in the picturesque bay of Gundogan. The development has a 24 hour cartaker/security living on-site, large communal pool and beautiful landscaped gardens with fruit trees. There are sea views from the roof terrace. At the near by beach front, there are many restaurants where you can enjoy the wonderful Turkish cuisine and fabulous sea food. Close by the local shops sell freshly baked bread and other produce whilst in the central village there is a supermarket, cash machines, post office and chemist. Also a doctor and a dentist.

We have an excellent English management company in the local area, which are there to help you with any questions or issues you may have during you stay. No language barriers. They will arrange airport transfers or car hire. Welcome packs can be arranged to suit your tastes.

Accessibility
The property would be suitable for anyone as it is situated on a gentle slope. There is a patio by the pool and stunning gardens all around the villa. There is a ground floor double bedroom with 2 single beds and a ground floor bathroom with a large easy access shower suitable for anyone with a mobility problem
Outside
Outside you will find an excellent pool with generous patio and garden with BBQ. The outside of the villa is excellent for alfresco dining either day or night with superbly lit gardens by night in quite surroundings to make for a relaxing evening.
Coast/Beach
The sandy beach is a short 6 minute walk from the villa and is part of a sheltered bay. There is a local harbour where you can buy fresh fish from the local fishermen or take a fabulous boat trip.
There are beds and parasols on the beach and many of the restaurants have there own jettys into the sea where you can relax with a drink or a meal on the beds and large cushions. Or take time to enjoy the watersports on offer.
Gundogan has a wonderfull market on Wednesday's.
Golf
5 hole golf course a short drive away in Ortakent.
Travel
Bodrum international airport is approx 40 mins drive along stunning costal roads. We can organise pickup from the airport or arrange car hire. Car hire is not essential at this property as there is plenty to do in the local area which is a short easy walk away. Buses to Bodrum town are every half an hour from the village bus station and from Bodrum town you can reach all parts of the peninsula by dolmus (small bus) or take a ferry to the Greek island of Kos.
Distances
Bodrum international airport 40 mins by car/taxi. Bodrum Town 20 mins by car or bus. Yalikavak town 10 mins by car. Beach, sea, restaurants, bus station 6 mins (walk).
Further details
The historic Myndos Gate, Bodrum Castle, Gumusluk and Yalikavak are all in easy reach by car or dolmus. Markets are in Gundogan on a Wednesday and Yalikavak on Thursday's, Turgetreis on a Saturday's.
Booking notes
£100 deposit/bond is required to confirm your booking. This will be refunded within 14 days of your return and on confirmation from our management of no damage or excessive cleaning. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday. Please Note the deposit is none refundable on cancellation.
