Our spacious Villa is situated in a recently completed private gated complex close to the harbour and centre of Kusadasi. It has 5 bedrooms, three bathrooms, is fully air-conditioned, centrally heated and benefits from the use a shared pool, Satellite TV and has 24 hour security. 5 minutes by car to the nearest beach. Airport is a 45 min drive. Local shops 2 mins walk.

Accessibility
Property is over three floors with the bedrooms on the second and third floors.
Outside
Villa has a private garden to the front, side and rear, with patio furniture and sea views. The pool is shared within the complex.
Coast/Beach
5 minutes by car to the nearest beach.
Travel
Izmir airport is a 45 min drive and bodrum is around 2 hours. The villa is located close to a taxi and Dolmus station, so a car isn't necessary.
Distances
5 minutes by car to Marina and Kusadasi centre (15 mins walk).
Further details
There are local shops within 2 minutes walk, local restaurants the same. Large supermarket is 5 mins drive. The largest water park in Europe is only approx 10 mins drive from the villa and Ephesus is about 20 mins.
Booking notes
Please contact us to book. A 10% non-refundable deposit is required with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure. A deposit of £200 is also required as security against damages, which is returnable on completion of your stay.
