From the pool deck, balconies and roof terrace, fully equipped with Ottoman seating area, Villa Yasmina provides stunning, panoramic seaviews of the Bay of Kalkan, including spectacular sunsets. There is a private swimming pool, garden and a large terrace furnished with sunbeds, chairs and table. There is ample cover so that you can enjoy alfresco breakfast, lunch and dinner. A BBQ supplements the well equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms have their own balcony and one opens onto the stunning Ottoman Terrace. Also included are satellite TV, CD/Stereo system, DVD and XBox and there is a weekly cleaning and laundry service. The town, harbour and local beach are all within walking distance.

Changeover day
During the peak period, end July to beginning September, the changeover day is Monday. At other times, Monday is still preferred but we can be more flexible.

Notes on accommodation
Please note that, while children are welcome, the private pool is not enclosed, so small children will need to be supervised and watched carefully. Pool size is 3.35m (11 feet) by 6.5m (21 feet).

Coast/Beach
Small beach in Kalkan is 10-15 minutes walk, Kaputas Beach is 5 to 10 minutes drive and Patara Beach (2nd longest in the world!!) is 15 to 20 minutes drive.
Travel
Dalaman, at 125 km, is the nearest airport.
Distances
It is a 15 minute stroll/short drive to Kalkan. The town has several well stocked supermarkets as well as fresh meat and fish stalls. It also has a bank, cash machine and post office.
A five minutes walk from Villa Yasmina is the local petrol station which stocks all the basic essentials.
Further details
Kalkan is a lovely town, with its narrow, cobbled streets packed with fascinating shops (rugs, clothes, crafts, antiques, jewellery, ceramics etc), bars and cafes.
Boat trips are available from the harbour taking you around Kalkan Bay and islands and it is a short drive to pick up trips to the Kekovo underwater city and to Meis, a Greek island.
Also, trips are available from Kalkan to Fetihye Market, Saklikent Gorge, Pamukkale mineral spa, traditional mountain villages eg: Bezirgan, Saribelen, Islamar and archaelogical sites at Xanthos, Letoon, Pinara, Tlos, Patara.
Watersports are readily available in the bay.
At night Kalkan comes to life, with its high quality bars and restaurants, many at roof terrace level, with stunning sea views.

Subject to availability, the owner will send you a Booking Form and covering email with all information necessary for booking the villa. A 20% payment is required with the booking to secure the villa for the required period and the remaining 80% will be due 56 days prior to arrival.

An excellent villa, yes the views of Kalkan are amazing.
Villa is peaceful and so well equipped with everything we needed. Kalkan is a perfect place for a holiday.
Have had a brilliant two weeks here. Kalkan is beautiful and the people have been so helpful and friendly. Children loved Kalkan Beach Club, esp water slide. All restaurants were great. Couldn’t thank Mehmet (the Property Manager) enough for all his kindness and help.
A superb villa with a wonderful pool and very well equipped. Spectacular views. Kalkan was everything we expected with exceptional restaurants and hospitality.
