Fully equipped and air conditioned throughout with fly screens on all windows and doors. There are two large south facing terraces with barbecue for al fresco dining. Supermarket and bus 5 mins walk. 15 mins walk to the sea.

Fully air conditioned throughout. Very suitable for young children and older adults as site is flat at street level. Bedrooms are upstairs and there is a very large upstairs balcony with seating.

Accessibility
The site is flat at road level but there are 3 steps up to the house. All bedrooms are up a flight of stairs. Not suitable for wheelchairs.
Outside
The site is flat consisting of 12 houses located around the large pool with a baby pool beside. The houses and pool are set in a mature olive garden with shrubs and flowers. There is a caretaker on site 24 hours and it is a walled site.
Coast/Beach
10 mins walk to sea.
Golf
A new golf corse is being constructed 1 hour drive away.
Travel
Bodrum, Milas airport 45 min drive on dual carriageway. Regular local bus service and minibuses around peninsula and to and from Bodrum which would suit singles and couples. Car hire for families is more convenient.
Distances
Bodrum Peninsula is very compact with a wide variety of quiet and busy villages & beaches. Yalikavak village restaurants and Bazaar 3k, Gumusluk site of ancient Mindos 10k, Turgetreis port and resort 15k Bodrum port, Gumbet and Bitez beaches 15k.
There are lots of organised boat trips and day trips to Efesus and Kushadasi, Dalyan, Marmaris, Pamukale etc. You can be picked up at the villa by coach.
Further details
There is a large Carrefour supermarket and bus stop 5 mins walk and 2 larger supermarkets a further 5 mins drive. The sea is 1km away. The village, banks, P.O, restaurants, marina and bazaar 3km. Large new yacht marina with restaurants and shops and sea food restaurants 4k. Bodrum is 30 mins by car or bus.
