Steps lead down to Karmilassos, a large stone house and terrace in an idyllic location offering peace and tranquillity overlooking the Kaya valley and the ancient deserted village of Kaya Koy. Only 10 mins drive to the bustling resorts of Fethiye and Hisaranou or the secluded beach at Gemiler Bay. The most photographed beach in Turkey, at Olu Deniz is only 20 mins drive. The house offers spacious accommodation for 8 people (2 x kingsize and 2 x twin) and 3 bathrooms. A very large lounge and a separate fully equipped kitchen/dining room. The large stone terrace is the perfect place to relax with a cold drink, and the garden is planted with olive, orange, lemon, peach, grapefruit and mandarin trees.

Please note that a flight of stone steps lead to and from the house.

There is a large terrace with table/chairs and sun loungers. There is also a barbeque.
Coast/Beach
Gemiler Bay is the closest beach at the end of the Kaya Valley, approx. 10 mins. drive.
Olu Deniz is 20 mins drive to reach the 3km long beach that curves into a beautiful safe lagoon.
Calis Aqua Park - half an hour's drive providing hours of fun for all ages.
Travel
Dalaman Airport is 1 hours drive. Car hire is recommended and we will be happy to arrange this for you.
Distances
Kaya Koy - famous ghost village as described by Louis de Bernier in 'Birds Without Wings'. Authentic bars and restaurants just 5 mins drive.
Fethiye - Ancient harbour town with colourful promenade, tourist and essential shops, restaurants and bars. 15 mins drive.
Hisaronu - Lively nightspot for those who want to live it up. 10 mins drive.
Further details
Saklikent - 50 mins drive to this inland gorge where ice cold water emerges into the sunshine. Enjoy lunch on a floating restaurant.
Tlos - ruins of ancient amphitheatre, town and tombs, on the way to Saklikent.
Patara Beach - Just over one hour's drive to this spectacular 17km beach of white sand.
Booking notes
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance, together with a refundable breakages deposit of £150 is payable 6 weeks before arrival.
