This beautiful villa is situated on a small exclusive development of 7 homes in the up market area of Yalikavak and is one of 3 villas on the site that offer unobstructed stunning views which can be enjoyed from the large terrace, balcony and private swimming pool. Enjoy a relaxed barbecue on the terrace or alternatively try one of the many excellent restaurants, just a 5 minute drive away in the centre of Yalikavak. There is a shop and 3 small restaurants within a 5 minute walk and 2 supermarkets within a couple of minutes drive. For those wishing to sight see, there are plenty of interesting towns and villages to visit and, of course, glamorous Bodrum is a must! The Bodrum Peninsula enjoys an excellent year round climate. The pretty town of Yalikavak is just a short drive or taxi ride away and boasts a brand new marina where you can take a day trip on a Gulet (boat) and explore the area. The town itself has great shops to browse and be sure to visit the local market on Thursdays.

Coast/Beach
Within a 5 minute (500 metres) walking distance is a small pebble beach.
Travel
The nearest airport, Bodrum Milas (MJV), is approximately 35 kilometres. Car hire is recommended. Airport collection and drop off can be arranged as can car hire with delivery to villa door.
Distances
The pretty town of Yalikavak is about a 5 minute drive/taxi ride. There is a shop and 3 small restaurants within a 5 minute walk and 2 supermarkets just a couple of minutes drive away. If you are looking for some vibrant night life, then Bodrum, with its bustling streets and fantastic restaurants, is just a 15 minute drive away. Why not visit St Peters Castle, or the amphitheatre which hosts regular shows and the Mausoleum (one of the seven wonders of the world) while you are there?

Booking notes
Please contact owners to confirm availability. A booking deposit of 25% is required and the balance together with a damages deposit of £100 to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure. Providing there is no damage to the villa beyond reasonable wear and tear the damages deposit is refunded on your return.
Cancellation refunds: Up to 8 weeks - no charge. 4-8 weeks - 50% of rate refunded. 2-4 weeks - 25% of rate refunded. Less than 2 weeks - no refund.
House swap
House swap considered - any location except France.
Sleeping capacity of 6 needed. Prefer to be within walking distance of local amenities.
