Changeover day
As flights are available from various UK airports, the changeover day can be flexible, but it may be necessary for guests to vacate by 10am.

Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen are provided, however guests are required to bring their own beach towels. Cleaning, linen and towel change once per week. Clothes airers are also provided. |
Notes on accommodation
The apartment is air conditioned. There are 2 large pools in the complex and a smaller children's pool. The complex also has a well equipped gym.
The apartment is split level and may not be suitable for the less mobile. Just a few minutes walk from the local shops and the local Dolmus bus stop. The resort Hisaronu is a 15 minute walk or 5 minute taxi journey and Fethiye can be reached by Dolmus in 20 minutes. The famous Olu Deniz Lagoon is only 10-15 minutes by Dolmus.

Coast/Beach
Just 10 minutes away is Olu Deniz with its crystal clear turquoise sea and the world famous blue lagoon. This wide sandy beach is one of the most photographed beaches in the world and is used in most tour brochures. At the rear of the beach are many bars and restaurants with bean bag seating for a chilled atmosphere.
The nearby Calis beach is situated the other side of Fethiye and is reachable by river Taxi from Fethiye or Taxi.
Travel
Dalaman International is the nearest airport and transfers take approximately 40-50 minutes. You will be required to pay a £10.00 (sterling) entry visa upon arrival at the airport, which lasts for 3 months. Airport transfers can be arranged on request in suitable air conditioned and fully insured vehicles (transfers are not included within the hire charge).
Distances
Ovacik is around 50km from Dalaman airport. Distance to local restaurants 1km, distance to convenience store 500m, distance to Olu Deniz Beach 5km.

The apartment is situated in a wonderful position with lovely walks into the surrounding pine forest; do not miss the fabulous evening sunset from the terrace area. The apartments are located just a few minutes walk from the local shops and the local Dolmus bus stop. The resort Hisaronu is a 15 minute walk or 5 minute taxi journey and Fethiye can be reached by Dolmus in 20 minutes. The famous Olu Deniz Lagoon is only 10-15 minutes by Dolmus.
Wander around the picturesque and sophisticated harbour town of Fethiye and take one of the many scheduled boat trips or organise a trip for your own party. In the old town you can find traditional crafts including rugs, leather goods and hand crafted pottery and glassware. Visit the Fethiye fish market with fresh fish caught that day, choose and take it to the various restaurants and have it cooked to your liking.
Located in Hisaronu there is a post office, currency exchange and ATM cash machines. Hisaronu offers a wide range of Turkish and international cuisine as well as lively music bars to dance the night away.
Kaya Koy village once occupied by the Greek migrants was vacated in 1922 and now stands with over 3,000 derelict buildings. Is approximately 15 minutes away by taxi. The village houses traditional Turkish restaurants and 2 restored wine houses. Both serve excellent food and have an extensive wine cellar.
Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is payable on confirmation of the booking (unless week(s) are re-booked). Final payment is required 8 weeks prior to the start of the holiday. A £200 refundable damage deposit is required at the time of final payment to cover any damage and will be reimbursed a maximum of 7 days after you return to the UK after the management company have inspected the apartment. Payment is payable by personal cheque or Internet bank transfer in the UK.
