Self catering family villa located on the outskirts of Cesme, a town that is rich in culture and historical heritage. Your villa has direct view to the beach and Greek island of Chios and is within walking distance to all shops, bars and restaurants. Cesme is served by some of the best blue flag sandy beaches. They are all within 15-20 minutes drive and easily accessible. Old Greek town of Alacati must be seen and is famous for its windsurfing. Last summer world championship was held there. Nearest world famous touristic places like Ephesus ruins, Virgin Mary and Kusadasi are within 2hrs drive and should be visited. The villa has its own private pool and is furnished with sun loungers and granite top tables and chairs, where you can have your breakfast, dinner, BBQ and drinks to a wonderful horizon.

Prices include once a week service, twice a week towel change, welcome drink and welcome pack with the owners compliments.

The Italian kitchen is most modern and stylish, equipped with gas cooker hob unit, oven, fridge-freezer, dish washer, kettle, microwave and usual good quality china, crockery and glassware. |
| Utility Room: |
The utility room is situated off the dining room with hand wash unit/wc is used for storing towels, vacuum cleaner and other cleaning utensils. The washing machine is located in this room. |
| Living Rooms: |
50sq.m fabulous lounge and dining room with AC is furnished by comfortable lounges and classic teak wood dining table and chairs. A separate 16sq.m living room adjacent to the kitchen opens to outside terrace is furnished by sofa cum bed and Sat TV. |

The villa has a 40sq.m basement level with wc and shower where the pool schemer is located. Garden utensils and any other extra items are stored in this room. |
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: |
The villa will be cleaned once a week. Towels and linen are included and will be changed once a week. Please bring your own beach/pool towels.
Extra cleaning can be arranged at £25 per clean. |
Notes on accommodation
There are two hot/cold air-conditioning units available. One in the lounge and one on top of the stairs in the single room which cools/warm up all the rooms.

Accessibility
The villa is not suitable and not recommended for wheelchair users because of high steps and stairs.
Outside
Private pool is L shaped and 2.5 meters to 3 meters deep, used by residents only. The terrace is furnished by a swing, sun loungers, granite top dining tables, chairs and a BBQ. The villa is surrounded by orange, lemon, pine, fruit and colorful bougainvilleas, which provides shade at hottest times of the day. Lawn area is also a lovely place for sun bathing and cooling down.
Coast/Beach
Your villa is directly facing to the sandy beach called Tekke Koyu. Any time of the day take your towel, cross the road and have a dip. You may wish to explore the other beaches in the area. Cesme is blessed and surrounded by many blue flag beautiful sandy beaches to choose from. They are all within easy reach by 15-20 minutes short drive. Alacati beach is world famous for its water sports activities. Last world championship was held there last summer.
Skiing
Alacati's world famous wind surfing place is only 15 minutes drive away, which is ideal for water sports like wind surfing, water skiing and hang gliding. This is the place for water sports enthusiasts.
Special interest holidays
Cesme and nearest towns of Ilica, Sifne and Ildir are most popular for its natural thermal water treatment facilities. Therapies include thalassotherapy, hydrotherapy etc, which helps people with many problems like arthritis, muscular, dermatological, cardio-muscular diseases.
Travel
The nearest airport is Izmir Adnan Menderes airport which is an hours easy drive. This airport is most modern and brand new, well served by domestic and international flights. British Airways flies 3/4 times a week direct from/to Gatwick airport.
Local car hire companies are available for your rental needs in case of exploring within easy reach of touristic and cultural places like Ephesus, Kusadasi, Pamukkale, Didim and Bodrum. Local sharing mini buses are cheap and to visit near by towns.
Distances
Nearest towns of Alacati, Sifne, Dalyan, Ilica and Erithrai are all within easy reach of 10-20 minutes drive. Old Greek village of Alacati with its narrow roads, authentic architecture, stone houses, cafes and restaurants is a place must be visited. Alacati beach and windsurfing center is world famous for all kinds of water sports activities. Main city of Izmir is only 45 minutes away for site seeing, shopping and experiencing usual Turkish hospitality for its authentic cuisine.
Further details
The town center of Cesme is within 5 minutes sea front walk and served by many banks, shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Shopping in Cesme town is a pleasure with its variety of shops such as most popular Turkish leather goods, hand made jewellery and of course lovely carpet stores. Cesme international port is also visited quiet regularly by passenger boats and cruisers from/to Italy and Greece. Greek town of Chios is only 40 minutes by boat. Daily trips are 30 Euro per person and should be visited.
Booking notes
We would request deposit of 25% of total amount in advance to secure your accommodation upon your reservation. The rest should be paid two weeks prior to your arrival. Payment should be by bank transfer.
The owners may also request on arrival for a small refundable deposit for against any damages.
