This triplex villa with private family sized pool overlooking the whole bay and beaches. It is located 70km from Izmir airport and 120km from Bodrum. The bus (dolmus) stop is just outside the villa (7am - 11pm daily during the summer). A short drive away is the much talked about historical sights such as Ephesus, The House of the Virgin Mary and the cave of Zeus. Long Beach is the nearest beach which stretches over 20 miles long. There are no shortage of Aqua Parks available, or for those who wish to have a round of golf or a visit to the famous National Park. Just mins away from our house there is little supermarket for your free range eggs and essentials like water. Just opened is a new shopping complex with the first ever Tescos Store yes just a short drive from our villa. The centre of Kusadasi is 10 mins drive from the lovely shops and restaurants. Turkish food is among the best cuisine in the world and some restaurants will even come and collect you from the house.

Beach towels are not provided. Bathroom towels, tea towels and bed linen will be provided and these will be renewed at changeover. The property will be cleaned at the changeover. Or if people are staying longer, then each fortnight. |
Notes on accommodation
This beautiful villa is very well finished, with much attention to detail. There are different features throughout. The marble staircase and steps to the villa are lovely. There is a large air-conditioning unit in the master bedroom. We call this bedroom no 1. This bedroom is so spacious with beautiful turkish features throughout. This bedroom would hold two kingsize beds comfortably if needed. We have just the one kingsize bed in here with a lovely large mirriored wardrobe which has loads of shelfs and plenty of space for your and your partners clothes. There is also a lovely matching mirrored dressing table that has plenty of storage space for your bits and bobs.There are seperate air conditioning units in bedroom no 2 and bedroom no 3 all with their own remote controls. These are are heaters incase it gets a little cool in the evening. and two fans in the large family room which opens out onto a wide balcony all around so that the breathtaking views can be enjoyed from all sides.

Outside
There are gardens all round the house, There are plenty of places for sunbathing, or if you just want to sit in the shade and read a book. The large family sized pool is for the private use of the occupants of the house only. This will be filled and heated through the summer months. There is a large BBQ with all equipment and all the outside furniture you will require, tables, chairs. swinging shaded seat and pillows etc.
Coast/Beach
Long Beach is 10 mins away which has the famous Aqua Fantasy Island which is voted top 10 water park in the world. Ladies Beach is also a bus ride away and Love Beach. You could pick a different beach for each day all with their own attractions. Some are run by people from Ireland but no matter which you visit everyone will be well looked after, most give out free water melon and tea, coffee all day long. There are always snacks and drinks available at the beach bars at very affordable prices!
Travel
Izmir airport is only 40 mins drive and Bodrum airport is 90 mins drive. From our villa into the centre of town the local Dolmus is the transport to use. In the evening a short taxi ride to your restaurant of your choice is most reasonable. That is if you haven’t arranged for to get picked up by the restaurant owner’s driver. I don’t think car hire is necessary.
Distances
The town of Kusadasi has an awful lot to offer. From some of the worlds most historical sites like Ephesus, Pigeon Island and the Kale Ici Mosque. You can get a ferry to the Greek Island of Samos and on a clear day we can see this from our balcony! Every week there is a massive clothes market with all the latest designer labels are and after a bit of haggling you can purchase for a fraction of the price the whole experience is so much fun. Also once a week there is a very large food market.
Booking notes
There will be a 20% deposit (non-refundable) to secure booking. Balance is due 6 weeks before holiday. A deposit of £200 is required as security against damages, which is fully refundable on completion of stay. Cancellations: 4-6 weeks 50% rate refunded. 2-4 weeks 25% rate refunded. Less than 2 weeks no refund.
