Booking notes
20% or a minimum £200 deposit required to reserve villa.
Balance due 6 weeks prior to departure. A £200 breakage deposit is also required with final payment, this will be refunded around two weeka after departure subject to any costs. Transfers can be arranged for you at time of booking.

This was a great holiday in a very beautiful part of the world. The villa exceeded expectations and has everything you need to make your holiday enjoyable, and more! It is an excellent location and in a great position to either take it easy and lie by the pool, visit Calis town or to use as a base to explore further afield. Both the villa and the area are ideal for families – dragging the kids away from the waterpark was never easy! We are already under considerable pressure from our four children to return next year and we can’t find any argument against this idea! CB Rugby July 2009.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
Bought during a holiday in 2005 we fell in love with the design and villa location especially the ability to sip drinks during the later hours enjoying the sunset. It also has its own garden and pool which ensure a high degree of privacy with high fences all around with foliage now grown to full height. The location meets our personal needs - so close to the beach and access to Fethiye but secluded and private when we just want to be on our own relaxing from the pressures of city life. We also plan, when we can to start to spend longer in the Villa as I start to consider a less demanding role in London.
Unique benefits of the property
Its has been rented from 2006 and offer the ability to be well and truly cut away if desired. However with a less than 5 minute walk to the main road for the local bus routes to Fethiye the option to travel to many other areas in southern Turkey exist. Also if desired a 20 minute walk takes you to the centre of Calis with the buzz of the holiday arena bars restaurants and shops all readily accessible. The neighbours are all excellent and they as we tend to rent to family's or couples who often prefer a more relaxing break.
