Included are towels and linen which will be changed twice a week or more by agreement. Spare fresh linen is also available at the house. The maid will also attend midweek for cleaning. |

Accessibility
Just a one-hour drive from Dalaman Airport the small port town of Fethiye occupies the site of the ancient city Telmessos.
This townhouse is situated on a hill, therefore would not be suitable for anyone with mobility problems.
Outside
The house has two lovely outside terrace areas, which provide magnificent views of the bay and the surrounding mountain ranges. The bay provides a cooling breeze during the summer months. There is seating for 6-8 people on one terrace and sun loungers on the 2nd terrace.
Coast/Beach
Around Fethiye are numerous unspoiled rocky coves, crystalline seas, offshore islands, cliffs and pine-covered mountains affording as much relaxation or activity as one chooses.Telemessos amphitheatre is located at the bottom of Karagozler hill, upon which the house is situated - it is a site of historic significance and natural beauty. The house is situated in the heart of Fethiye, everything you could possibly need is literally a stone's throw away.

The nearest airport is Dalaman. Transfer time is just under an hour.
For exploring further inland from Fethiye, we would recommend car hire. Alternatively the local dolmus taxis are very inexpensive and reliable, also much more interesting than cars!
Distances
Calis beach -10 min drive/15 min water taxi. Hisaronu village, where there is an abundance of nightlife is 7 mins by dolmus. Kayakoy (ghost village) one of the most dramatic sights in the area-15 min fabulous drive away. Ölüdeniz, beach is just 25 minutes away by the local minibuses.The bay forms the dreamlike Blue Lagoon a very fine place with 3 kms of natural sandy beach and crystal waters in enchanting surroundings and natural mountain scenery.
Further details
The boat trip across to Calis beach is enjoyable and the beach is definitely worth a visit as the breeze from the Mediterranean is refreshingly cool – fantastic for an easy tan with no hot and bother.
There is a local market twice weekly in Fethiye,(Tuesdays/Fridays) - here you will find a fantastic array of fresh produce and some great bargains on designer clothes etc!! There is also a fish market where you can buy the days catch & a neighbouring restaurant will cook it to your taste.The area around the house is very peaceful and quite. There is a good selection of restaurants on the harbour front and in the narrow streets of the old town. Gulets (sturdy wooden yachts) can be hired in the harbour for day trips around these coastal waters.
