Three minutes walk to the harbour and bustling old Fethiye town. Five minutes walk to the nearest pool.

Changeover day
The change over day is flexible. On the day of departure the property needs to be vacated by 10'oclock in the morning. Where we do not have an incoming guest we can be flexible on this. We can also arrange that cases can be left in the property.

| Utility Room: | Washing machine. Also boiler to back up the solar panel system to ensure hot water is available at all times. The air conditioning also provides heating for the winter. |
| Living Rooms: | The lounge area has a large picture window, with large opening windows to give that outside/inside feeling, the views from here are breathtaking over Fethiye Harbour, island and the mountains beyond. |
| Other: | The lounge has a large 6 seater sofa, coffee table, DVD player, music system. The bedrooms are well presented to a high standard. This is a pretty Turkish House, come and enjoy. Wifi available in neighbouring cafes. |

Included are towels and linen and spare fresh linen. If you are on holiday for a fortnight the maid will attend mid holiday to clean and renew bedding. |

Notes on accommodation
We have an arrangement with the Boutique Yacht Hotel which is situated just below the house. If you use their bar they are more than happy for you to use the pool for the day at no charge. The wood burning stove in the lounge is ornamental and cannot be lit. For winter bookings we can arrange for electric heaters to be provided. The air-conditioning also provides heat for the winter and the boiler provides hot water in the winter.
Accessibility
We can arrange a taxi transfer for you from the airport at a cost of approximately £35 each way. Just a one-hour drive from Dalaman Airport the small harbour town of Fethiye occupies the site of the ancient city Telmessos. This lovely Turkish House is situated on a hill, therefore would not be suitable for anyone with mobility problems.
Outside
The house has two lovely outside terrace areas, which provide magnificent views of the bay and the surrounding mountain range. Just the place to watch the world go by with a cold glass of wine or two. The bay provides a cooling breeze during the summer months. There is seating for 6-8 people on one terrace and sun loungers on the 2nd terrace.
Coast/Beach
Around Fethiye are numerous unspoiled rocky coves, crystalline seas, offshore islands, cliffs and pine-covered mountains affording as much relaxation or activity as one chooses. Telemessos amphitheatre is located at the bottom of Karagozler hill, upon which the house is situated - it is a site of historic significance and natural beauty. The house is situated in the heart of Fethiye, everything you could possibly need is literally a stone's throw away.

Travel
The nearest airport is Dalaman. Transfer time is just under an hour. For exploring further inland from Fethiye, we would recommend car hire. Alternatively the local dolmus taxis are very inexpensive and reliable, also much more interesting than travelling by car!
Distances
-Fethiye Harbour and Fethiye Old Town, 2 mins walk
-3 little coves/beaches - 5-10 mins drive or Tasyaka bus
-Calis beach -15 min water taxi/10mins drive.
-Kayakoy (ghost village) one of the most dramatic sights in the area-20 min fabulous drive.
-Ölüdeniz beach just 25 minutes away by the local minibuses.
Minibuses depart every 30 mins to most places from Fethiye including to Ölüdeniz and Karakoy.
Further details
There are 3 small unspoilt coves just around the coast from Fethiye which can be reached in 10 mins by car or local Tasyaka bus.
Alternatively the boat trip across to Calis beach is enjoyable and the beach is worth a visit as the breeze from the Mediterranean is refreshingly cool – fantastic for an easy tan with no hot and bother.
There is a local market twice weekly in Fethiye (Tuesdays/Fridays) - here you will find a fantastic array of fresh produce and some great bargains on designer clothes!
There is also a fish market where you can buy the days catch and a neighbouring restaurant will cook it to your taste.The area around the house is very peaceful and quiet.
There is a good selection of restaurants on the harbour front and in the narrow streets of the old town.
