Swimming pools are available locally. Easy access to the quiet beach at Gemiler Bay as well as the famous 'Blue Lagoon' at Olu Deniz and the town of Fethiye. Wonderful location with a wide range of activities available locally, including boat trips, walking, horse riding, quad-biking, all water sports. Several local restaurants, serving excellent food, are within walking distance. Wider range available in Hisaranu,Olu Deniz and Fethiye. All activities, meals, airport transfers, car hire etc can be arranged on request. A friendly family-run business.

This villa can be split on request to provide the exact accommodation required. 2 bedrooms on upper floor. One double, one twin with option of additional bed/s on lower floor. Shower rooms with shower, toilet and wash basin on both floors. Fully equipped kitchens on both floors. Lower floor has lounge area with open fire. Air-conditioned. All bedding and towels provided. Superb views from both terraces. Beautiful gardens. Large terrace at the front with a second large terrace on the upper floor, both with dining facilities and barbecues. Car parking facilities. |

Accessibility
Not suitable for people with mobility problems as there are a small number of steps up to the villas. The villas are in the Kaya Valley. Within easy reach of Hisaranu, Olu Deniz and Fethiye, providing a peaceful location with stunning views and the opportunity to experience the real Turkey. Local bus services are excellent, but car hire could be arranged if required.

Surrounded by beautiful gardens. Outdoor furniture and barbecue facilities available on all terraces. Swimming pools available in local area, within easy walking distance.
Coast/Beach
Peaceful Gemiler Bay with its sandy beach is approximately 5km. Olu Deniz, with its beautiful sandy beach and the famous 'Blue Lagoon' is approximately 10km. The town of Fethiye is approximately 7km.
All available by car or regular bus service. All usual facilities available at the beaches in Gemiler Bay and Olu Deniz. A full range of excellent value boat trips available from Fethiye.
Special interest holidays
The owners are all experienced and well qualified sailors who can offer access to a full range of watersports, with support and tuition.
Travel
Nearest airport is Dalaman. Approx 75 minutes drive. Local bus services and taxis are excellent, so car hire is not essential.
Distances
The villas are in the village of Keciler. Kaya is within easy walking distance and is famous for the 'Ghost Town' of Levissi. Visitors can explore the remains of this Greek settlement with its school houses and churches and absorb the unique atmosphere. Local restaurants and a small number of shops are within walking distance. The valley also has wine houses and is superbly positioned for walking and access to a range of activities, including horse riding and quad-biking.
Further details
An extensive range of facilities are available in Hisaranu and Fethiye. Both approx 6km and easily accessible by using the local bus services.
