Sakin Vadi is a small valley in the area of the village Orhaniye. It's far away from any traffic or crowded cities. The owners settled here in stillness and calmness and invite you to share with them the sun, the beauty and the peace of their garden Sakin Vadi. Your neighbours there will be herds of goats and land tortoise. But nevertheless the seclusion of Sakin Vadi is only 30 minutes drive to the tourist center of Marmaris. There you can find shops, restaurants, markets and nightlife with bars and discos. Also medical care in European standards is available in private hospitals. The owners family invites you to share their extraordinary life in a Turkish village. Just taste a little bit the traditional countryside by picking fruits or herbs in their garden, by collecting eggs from their own chickens or tasting their homemade wine from the Sakin Vadi vineyard. Or just crash out a day on their private sailingyacht cruising in the Hisarönü golf with its marvellous bays.

House is adapted for wheelchair users with bathroom facilities and specially constructed ramps. Please call to discuss your specific requirements.
Outside
The villa is in a 3200sq.m landscaped plot with three other villas. One of them is continually occupied by the owner. The 40sq.m pool is shared. Sun loungers are available.
Coast/Beach
Sakin Vadi is 1,5kms away of the local restaurants which have private access to the beach.

Phantastic cruises with the private sailing yacht of the owners are available for daily tours, overnight tours or for several days, please contact the owner for details.
Spring and autumn is the ideal time for hiking in the marvellouse nature of the Bozburun peninsula, which is famouse for its arceological places, disovered and undiscovered. The owners will lead you to fabulose places with breathtaking views.
Travel
Sakin Vadi is situated in a quiet rural location (car recommended) just 120kms from Dalaman International Airport. We can arrange transfers and car hire at excellent rates if required.
Distances
Orhaniye is only 25kms away from Marmaris, located on the Bozburun Peninsula, which is a landscaped conservation area with old Turkish villages and many archaeological places.
Further details
The village of Orhaniye offers a open air market each Saturday.
If you like, the owners can organize boattrips with picnic, show you hidden beaches or take you to archaeological places, where there is no one elso than you.
Other activities as Banana, Ringo, Water ski, Jetski, Pedalo, Speedboat and Canoe you find on the nearby beach.
Booking notes
The deposit is 20% of the rental and has to be paid within 14 days after receipt of the confirmation. For this period we will reserve the villa for you. The remainder of the amount has to be paid latest 42 days before the date of the start of rental.

About the owner
I am Marco, I am living here in our garden Sakin Vadi with my wife Vera and my two sons Ferdi and Deniz. We love the authentic and extraordinary kind of living here in a Turkish village, which means to buy the milk from the farmer and prepare yogurt yourself, pick fresh herbs in the garden and cook a simple meal with the vegetables of the season with olive oil in stoneware on open fire outside. Here we have always time for a cup of tea and a little talk with the friends just dropping by. We love to cruise in the wonderful bays around our village Orhaniye with our sailing yacht Viva. To stay overnight in a lonely bay, jump into the calm clear sea in the morning sun and have breakfast on board. Life is wonderful.
