Villa Mimoza is situated approx 50 mins from Bodrum airport between the villages of Yalikavak and Gomusluk on the beautiful Bodrum Peninsula. The complex has 3 new supervised swimming pools one of which is a couple of minutes walk from the villa. There is also good swimming from two beach areas and from pontoons. Free sun loungers are provided at all bathing areas. Also on site is a well stocked shop with free deliveries to properties. The restaurant and beach cafes provide a range of meals snacks and drinks.

| Bathrooms: | Both bathrooms contain shower wc and wash basin. |
| Kitchen: | The modern fitted kitchen is equipped with gas hob and small electric cooker. There is a roomy fridge freezer, dishwasher and automatic dishwasher. Ample amounts of crockery, cutlery and utensils are provided. |
| Living Rooms: | The ground floor lounge leads onto a hallway which can be used as a seating or dining area and which leads out onto a fully covered terrace with ample room for a table and six chairs. |
| Other: | Steps lead down to the mature terraced garden and a shady paved patio with BBQ and sun loungers. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Bed linen and and towels are included and changed weekly. Please note that guests should take their own beach towels. |
Notes on accommodation
Property is cool and airy and there is air conditioning on the upper floor. Parents of small children should be aware that the property is split level with stone staircases and floors throughout. The garden is unfenced and on several levels.

The property is not suitable for people with mobility problems.
Outside
Mature garden with sunny and shady areas on several levels, contains lemon tree, vine and other fruits. The nearest swimming pool is about 2 minutes walk from the villa.
Coast/Beach
Frequent free transport operates between facilities on the complex. A complimentary bus service also runs to the colourful open air weekly market in Yalikavak and the supermarket.
Travel
Car hire is recommended but not essential. All of the main places on the Bodrum Peninsula are well served by the public minibuses (Dolmus) which are frequent and inexpensive and stop at the entrance to the complex. Bodrum Airport is 50 minutes away and we recommend guests arrange transfers when booking as it can be frustrating to locate the villa without assistance.
Distances
Villa Mimoza is situated between Yalikavak and Gumusluk which are approx 4kms in either direction along the coast. Bodrum is about 20 mins by car.
Further details
There is a cash point on site and all essential facilities including local shops, restaurants banks etc are to be found in Yalikavak. Bodrum is the largest town in the area with a wide range of entertainment and facilities. Boat trips and excursions further afield such as Ephesus can be booked locally.
Booking notes
We will require an initial deposit of £100 to secure your booking and a refundable £50 against damage and breakages.
