Notes on accommodation
Additional beds and cots can be provided on request. 5 air-conditioning units and 6 ceiling fans are provided to serve all of the bedrooms and lounge.All patio doors and windows are fitted with insect screens. The pool is deep 1.8 x 1.6m. The Villa is within easy walking distance of the new Kalkan beach park. The beach park offers superb bathing facilities, including a safe childrens area. A water slide is available and free sunbeds and parasols are provided. Snacks, bar facilities and a restaurant are available. A free water taxi provides good acess to Kalkan Marina. The prestigious award winning Villa Mahal Hotel, restaurant and beach club facility is also very close to the Villa. Bob's grocery, 5 minutes from villa, can provide all the household basics. These can be delivered including the replacement water for the dispenser. The supermarkets in Kalkan also provide free delivery. There is a large collection of DVDs and CDs for guests. 4iPod Stations! Please, no smoking in the villa.
Accessibility
Villa Pembe has easier access than many Villas in Kalkan, but it is not recommended for the disabled.
Outside
Generous provision of quality outdoor furniture, sun loungers, parasols, tables, bean bags and chairs for the private pool area, roof terrace and bedroom balconies. All external areas and pool are extensively illuminated for evening entertainment. Two Turkish stone BBQ's are provided for oudoor dining,one on the pool patio and the other on the roof terrace. Lush Mediterranean plants surround the Villa in the gardens and pots to the front, side and rear of the property. Pergolas provide shaded seated and dining areas to the pool patio and also on the roof terrace. The large pergola enclosed roof terrace is very special. Furnished with 2 tables, 8 chairs, 2 large sofas and drinks table. The Pergola provides privacy and shade as you relax, dine or take the sun, whilst listening to your favourite music on the external Hi-FiSystem with i pod station.The Pool area has a large table and chairs for poolside dining,an external speaker system provides further luxury.
Coast/Beach
The villa is located in the Kisla area of Kalkan and offers easy access to the sea,superb bathing, the finest in Kalkan. The new Beach Park provides excellent facilities (including a restaurant), suitable for all ages, including a small sand beach, water chute and shallow sea area for children. Only a 100m. 5 minute stroll from the Villa. Water sports are also available.
Travel
Dalaman is the nearest Airport. It is recommended that we arrange the shuttle service to/from Kalkan. Car hire is not essential. Should it be required we can arrange on your behalf. Local taxis and sight seeing buses are readily available and offer good value.
Distances
Kalkan is situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty, together with numerous remains of bygone civilisations.

Further details
A good selection of local shops, supermarkets, bank, petrol station, health centre and chemists are in Kalkan. The multitude of fantastic restaurants fill the winding streets of Kalkan, all offering superb cuisine, hospitality and service at reasonable prices. The Beach Park provides restaurant and bar facilities. The most exclusive beach club in Kalkan,and restaurant, Villa Mahal, is only a few minutes walk from Villa Pembe.There is a small grocery shop 5 minutes from the villa. Another two good quality restaurants are only a few minutes walk from the villa.
Booking notes
A 20% non refundable deposit is required to secure booking, with balance payable no later than 6 weeks prior to departure. Prices are for renting the Villa per week and do not include flights, insurances, transfers or car hire.
Transfers and car hire are arranged on your behalf.
