For the Kalkan Connoisseur... this apartment (Cicekli Ev) is set in one of the most highly regarded developments in Kalkan, just 5 minutes stroll into the Old Town. On a small complex of just 8 villas, each divided into 3 apartments that enjoy spectacular panoramic views across Kalkan Bay to the islands. Set in beautiful well-established gardens containing olive trees and swathes of bougainvillea (hence the name!), each of the villas has its own pool approx 7x13m shared amongst the 3 apartments. Cicekli Ev is the top apartment of the villa and is set on two floors, with the second floor having some area with restricted height. The separation of a twin bedroom, shower room and kitchenette area on the second floor makes it particularly suitable for families with older children or two couples sharing.

| Utility Room: | Contains a double wardrobe with sliding doors, a utility cupboard, laundry basket, washing machine, ironing board and iron in addition to a hairdryer. |
| Living Rooms: | Air-conditioned, enjoying panoramic 180o views. Contains a comfortable sofa and Ottoman seating area in addition to a unique coffee table made with an old threshing board. French windows open onto a large balcony that enjoys the sun all day. CD/Radio. |
| Other: | The air-conditioned master bedroom, with double bed, is on the same floor and also offers sea views. There is a Juliet balcony from this room. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
The apartment is cleaned once a week with full linen change. Additional cleaning and linen change available at additional cost. Bed linen and towels are provided but we do ask you bring your own pool towels (or these can be bought locally very cheaply). |

The living room and both bedrooms are equipped with dual air conditioners / heaters. Welcome pack on arrival included. Transfers from Dalaman or Antalya airports can be arranged on request.

Accessibility
There is parking space directly outside the apartment, should you wish to hire a car or scooter in the village. However those of you with mobility issues access may wish to consider the access to the apartment as this is up 17 steps so may not suit. Kalkan itself is set on a hillside which may not be suitable for guests with walking difficulties.
Outside
Private roof terrace with stunning panoramic views. Sun all day. Large, bougainvillea clad balcony with dining table, chairs and space for sunbathing....all day!
Patio - shaded from approx 11am...very welcome in July/August! The 7x13m pool is set in the garden adjacent to the villa. It is shared with the 2 other apartments in the villa only. Sun beds, floor cushions and umbrellas are provided for use by the pool or any of the other external areas. Beautiful landscaped gardens with swathes of bougainvillea, olive trees, roses... and the odd wild tortoise.
Coast/Beach
There is a small beach in Kalkan approx 5 mins walk. Patara beach is 18km of beautiful, unspoilt coastline roughly 20 mins drive.(there are no facilities here so be sure to take everything with you). The beach of Kaputas is just a 10 min drive away. Gulets (small captained boats) can be hired privately or as part of a larger group, from the harbour.
Travel
Dalaman airport is 1.5 hours drive away. Transfers can be easily arranged but please advise at time of booking - approx £45 for 4 people. A minibus for more people is approx £65. A car is not essential during your stay as the Kalkan is easily accessible. Dolmuses (local mini bus and taxis) are very cheap.
Distances
Kalkan is 5 mins walk away. Kas is a 20 mins drive. Saklikent gorge is popular for walkers and is an hours drive. Patara has a roman village and amphitheatre which is a short walk from Patara beach.
Further details
There are 3 banks with ATM, a post office and a choice of three supermarkets; English goods are available. Kalkan is well known for its restaurants with their roof top terraces; the choice is enormous and caters to all budgets. Market day is Thursday and the market is set up 5 mins walk away.

Third payable at time of booking. The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to departure. £100 breakages deposit required.
