Our villa is one of 12 set in the picturesque bay of Kucukbuk, which is situated just over the hill from Gundogan. The complex has 24hr security, its own pool and landscaped gardens. There are sea views from all the balconies. Along the beach front are several restaurants where you can enjoy the Turkish cuisine. There are also 2 shops where you can buy freshly baked bread.

Accessibility
The property would not be suitable for anyone with mobility problems as it is situated on a steep hill.
Outside
There is a patio and garden area outside the kitchen and lounge. On the first floor the balcony comes off two bedrooms and wraps around the property. The whole of the roof area is tiled. There is a large bar area, marble work surface and a sink unit on the roof. The swimming pool is shared with the other 11 villas.
Coast/Beach
The sandy beach is a short walk down the hill from the villa. There are beds and parasols on the beach. A few of the restaurants have their own pontoons where you can relax on their beds and large cushions.
Travel
Bodrum International Airport is 40 mins drive from Gundogan along stunning coastal roads. We can organise a car to pick you up at the airport. From the top of the road you can get a bus to Gundogan which will then take you on to Bodrum town. From Bodrum town you can reach all parts of the peninsula by dolmus (small bus) or take a ferry to the island of Kos. There is a new bus service that operates from Gumusluk to Yalikavak to Gundogan through Kucukbuk and onto Turkbuku
Distances
Gundogan is a 15 min. walk away or 3 mins. on the dolmus. There are a number of restaurants and bars along the water front. There is also a supermarket, ATM machine, bus station and many other shops. It has a wonderful local market (Wednesday) which sells fresh fruit and vegetables, cheeses and spices.
Further details
The historic Myndos Gate, Bodrum Castle and Gumusluk are all in easy reach by car or dolmus.
