Notes on prices
There are discounts for long lets - please contact us directly. A booking deposit is taken and the balance is due eight weeks before departure. Also a security deposit will be taken for any breakages or excesses refundable on departure.
Changeover day
We are flexible. The apartments will be ready for you at 3pm if not sooner and departure is at 12.00pm we will let you stay longer if we can!

The ground floor apartment is adjacent to the pool, has a large covered terrace its own entrance and gardens. Sleeps 8 and has the following features: Large sitting room - open-plan kitchen/diner, TV with digital channels. Bedroom 1 master suite with en-suite. One double and 2 single beds. Bedroom 2 with twin beds. Bedroom 3 with double. 2 luxury bathrooms with power showers (1 en-suite). Fully equip kitchen with all the kit you need - hob, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and fridge/freezer, washing machine and airer. Large terrace with dining area and sun loungers, charcoal BBQ. Fully remote controlled air-conditioning. Private enclosed garden. Toys, games and books. This is our home in the sun - enjoy it! |

Notes on accommodation
The apartments have a live-in caretaker. They maintain the property and the pool. Provide cleaning once a week with linen changes. Also can provide transport for short or long distances. They are there to help and ensure you have the best holiday. A cot is available should you need one.
Accessibility
The apartments are up and down a number of steps so not suitable for the infirm.
Outside
The gardens and views from this spot are just beautiful. There are lots of private shady spots and sun loungers to relax on. The pool is large (65sqm) and a constant depth -it is not heated. It is shared between the two apartments. The terraces both have there own BBQ, Dining furniture and sun loungers great places to relax and unwind.
Coast/Beach
A 2 min drive away is Bitez Beach. Famous for wind surfing and water sports. This Beach has fab restaurants, sun loungers and is great for children as is shallow and has marked swimming areas. It also has shops, hairdressers, beauty therapists, banks and a marina for boat trips and water sports.
Travel
You can fly directly to Bodrum Milas airport during the high season and via Istanbul in Low season. The airport is 40 mins away from the apartments. There are a number of ways to make the transfer - we can arrange a pick up, you can hire a car or there are taxi and bus services to Bitez. Once in the apartment our caretaker a registered taxi driver is happy to take you any where and will charge you by the meter. If you wish to hire a car this is no problem prices start from £25.00 per day.
Distances
Bodrum the main centre of this area is just a 10 min drive away - great shopping restaurants and night life. The Peninsula has lots to explore other great places Gol Turkbuka. Tugetries. Ephesis is not far either!
