Villa Jasmine is a luxury, spacious, 5 bedroom, 5 1/2 bathroom fully equipped home that is positioned in a beautiful position right in the centre of the Kalkan Bay area. It makes the most of the stunning scenery from all rooms and terraces and is only 10 mins stroll from the town. The villa was built in 2004 and is fitted out by its owners for comfort and enjoyable Mediterranean living. It is air conditioned throughout, each bedroom has a terrace facing the bay and its own bathroom. The house has terraces and gardens on three floors on the pool terrace there is a large pool, Jacuzzi and ample shaded or full sun areas with ample sun loungers and parasols There are steps leading down to the Palm Beach Club where you can swim in the bay, lunch or enjoy the full range of water sports including water skiing, Jet skiing, dingy sailing or just pottering around in a boat or maybe just take a rod and do a bit of fishing. Full kitchen, TV, DVD CD player and course linen towels etc.

Accessibility
Access is easy with a garage at the top and the bottom of the house but there are 11 steps to climb to get to the ground floor level where the living room, kitchen and 1 bedroom are located.
Outside
Large landscaped terraces provide access to pool (8m x 4.5m) and Jacuzzi a purpose built BBQ area is located next to the elegant colonnaded outdoor dining area. Various other sitting areas are provided including a raised pergola area with sofa and 2 easy chairs and table. There are also stairs leading to the secluded elevated terrace at first floor level with seating and lying areas for watching those dramatic sunsets. Access is easy with a garage is provided at the top of the hose and also at the bottom level.
Coast/Beach
The villa is located just above the Palm Beach Club with full watersports facilities available which can be reached by walking down the road, the steps or by driving.
The famous 15km Patara beach is 20 mins drive away
also Kaptus beach is 10 mins drive.
Special interest holidays
Walking the Lycian Way is a particular attraction of the area and the local sightseeing is well worth a visit
Travel
Dalaman International Airport is just over 1 1/2 hours drive or transfer away.
Fethye with its large interesting shopping areas is 1 hour drive
The vast spectacular Torus mountain region is just 15/20 minutes drive away and goes on, and on and on!!
Kalkan marina and town is 10 minutes stroll.
Further details
There are many excellent restaurants in all price ranges in the village of Kalkan together with supermarkets and shops and bars, the locals are exceptionally friendly and shopping and restaurant food can be arranged to be delivered to your villa if you wish.
Booking notes
Deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking with the balance payable 6 weeks before arrival.
The deposit is not refundable.
Cancellation policy: Up to 6 weeks just deposit lost
between 6 and 2 weeks 60% after that 100% so we advise you take full insurance.
