Large 4 bedroom modern villa situated in the delightful town of Kemer, near Fethyie and beach resorts. Large open plan living and dining area with feature open fireplace, fully air conditioned. A large terrace and veranda overlooks the pool and garden area with 3 balconies on the first floor. Within walking distance is the traditional market town of Kemer with its many shops and restaurants. The cosmopolitan harbour of Fethiye is just 20 mins by car or optional local bus service. In the area surrounding Kemer you will find pine forest and rolling countryside, with some amazing views of the mountains. Kemer is an unspoilt part of the Fethiye region and is within easy reach of Fethiye and the winter ski resort of Seki.

Check-in times are flexibile and can be arranged on booking. Holiday duration is normally 7 nights or multiples of 7 nights unless by special request.

This property has no wheelchair access, although is suitable for persons with minor mobility disabilities as ground floor facilitates sleeping and wash facilities.

This villa is set in private 550 sq.m. grounds with private driveway parking, garden, grape vines and shrubs surrounding large patio with traditional brick-built BBQ Beautiful garden dining furniture, quality sunbeds with cushions, parasols and side tables. Additional patio table and chairs for poolside. The generous swimming pool has stair and step access and is solely for residents use. There is a jacuzzi splash pool linked to main pool which is suitable for small children. There is a poolside shower. Night time garden lighting and pool lights enhance those warm barmy nights to enjoy BBQ parties. 6 day a week pool cleaning and weekly garden maintenance.
Travel
Dalaman airport is 45 minute drive. Transfers to villa can be arranged on booking. Car hire is recommended for those wishing to take advantage of the excellent tourist attractions and resorts surrounding the area. Although for a leisurely paced holiday the local bus service provides access to most major resorts.
Distances
Kemer is within easy reach of major towns and tourist attractions and there is a local dolmus (mini-bus) service that operates from Kemer to Fethiye every 15 mins in the summer season and half-hourly during the winter months. Fethiye 24km. Patara Beach 40 KM. Kalkan 55km. Dalaman 84km. Ölüdeniz 39km. Antalya 175km.

Booking notes
Reservations and availability checks can be made by email or phone. On making a booking, a payment of 25% (non refundable) of the total cost of the accommodation is req'd. The balance of holiday payment due must be made 8 weeks prior to arrival or the full holiday payment can be made on booking. Cancellation refunds on balance: 4-8 weeks – 50% , 2-4 weeks – 25% of balance refunded, Less than 2 weeks no refund. Security/breakage deposit required and refunded on return.

'Have stayed at this villa on 2 occasions now and would highly recomend to anyone. especially if you are looking for a peaceful location with spectacular views. The spacious villa is spotlessly clean, very spacious, and has everything you will need for an enjoyable holiday. The pool is fantastic and a must in the hot weather during the summer months. It's a lovely 10 min walk into the village of Kemer which is well stocked with everything you will need for your stay and also is where you can jump on a dolmus to get you into the nearby town of Fetyhie which has an abundance of shops and bars. We have had a great holiday again summer 2007 and each time we go we find somewhere new to venture as we hire a local car for a few days (which is very cheap). Cant wait to go back again.'
