Notes on accommodation
The apartment has air conditioning in the bedrooms and living area. The apartment is not suitable for small babies or small children due to the location on a steep slope and number of steep steps.
Accessibility
Those who find it difficult to walk up and down steep steps or slopes may also not find this property suitable for them.
Outside
The apartment is surrounded by a small garden which is equipped with a barbecue, a westerly facing patio and outdoor furniture. There are 2 communal pools on the site.
Coast/Beach
The apartment is close to the beach, approx 25 minutes walk away. It is possible to take the car and park closer if you wish.
Travel
The nearest airport is Bodrum which is just 50 mins away. Car hire would be advisable although there is a very good dolmus (bus) service which regularly runs from the bottom of the complex to many destinies. Also from Bodrum there are many coach/tourist excursions which can be booked.

Further details
There are several local shops in Gumusluk and on the road at the bottom of the complex which can be useful to buy essentials from. However, for a larger shop there are several supermarkets: Kippa (which is partially owned by Tescos) is in Ortakent which is on the west side of Bodrum; this is a useful shop to call in to on the way to the apartment as you are on the "right" side of the dual carriage way and can stock up before arriving at the apartment, though this may depend on time you are arriving. Another supermarket is Carrefour which can be found in Bodrum and Yalikavak.
There are many fabulous restaurants to try in Gumusluk itself and locally.
Gumusluk is itself is famous for its mouthwatering fish restaurants and this little village also provides a small number of shops; artisans in the summer come to display and sell their wares.
The main banks (Garanti, HSBC) can be found in Yalikavak, Turgutreis and Bodrum.
Booking notes
30% deposit is payable on booking and the balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival. A £150 refundable security deposit is payable with the balance.
Water and electricity used will be paid for locally at the complex office prior to departure.
Please be aware a charge for cleaning will be made if the apartment is not left clean and tidy as in T&C.
