The complex is approximately 2.5 km from Kusadasi Town Centre and 800m from Ladies Beach. The resort is considered one of the most prestigious locations in Kusadasi area because of its views and proximity to both beaches and the Town Centre. Local bus services are 100m from the site entrance and service the town centre, supermarkets and local beaches. Ladies Beach is the most popular beach in the Kusadasi are and has lots to offer by both day and night. By day, it offers a blue flagged sandy beach. By night, its selection of restaurants and bars along the palm tree lined promenade offer views of the coastline and the Greek Island of Samos.

The apartment has stairs at the main entrance and a car parking area for easy taxi access.
Outside
There area communal gardens throughout the complex with a basketball and tennis court, there is also a children's playground area.
Coast/Beach
The most popular beach in Kusadasi. No motor vehicles are allowed to get in to Ladies beach area. Changing rooms, umbrellas, sun beds, toilets and cafes are available in the beach. The long sandy beach and crystal-clear water of Long Beach are ideal for swimming, water sports and peaceful resting. National park is 30km away from town center but it is easy to reach by dolmus. It gives chances to have a picnic under the trees when watching the sea.
Travel
Izmir Airport - 1–2 people (Car) €40 flat charge each way.
Bodrum Airport - 1-2 people (Car) €80 flat charge each way (however usually other people are traveling to olive grove at the same time so usually travel is by mini bus and is around 10 euros per transfer) I can advise you on this.
Distances
Ephesus is considered one of the greatest outdoor museums in Turkey, in fact perhaps of the world. This is a short distance, 30mins by bus.
"The House of the Virgin Mary" This is located to the east of Domitian Square, next to the western side of the Agora. With its wide and high arch which supports the triangular pediment and its small pool, it is quite an appealing structure.
Further details
There is a shop on site and another one 100 meters away, perfect for the everyday shopping needs. Kusadasi has many wonderful restaurants and the value for money has to be experienced. ATM machines are common.
