The surrounding quarter is also famous for its galleries, cinemas and theatres but it is probably as a gourmet magnet that it is most well known, from delicious food stalls to internationally acclaimed restaurants. There are regular sailings to the Princes' Islands famous for their beaches and where only horse drawn carriages and bicycles are allowed.
