The Olive Grove is a quaint villa which has a private pool with sunbathing area and a beautiful landscaped garden. The villa is situated in a peaceful part of the town of Cesme. It accommodates 6 people in 3 bedrooms all with balconies. The villa is very suitable for a family as it is on a private road which is surrounded by olive trees. There is a family park at the end of the road. It is a quiet residential area which is within a ten minute radius of the town centre of Cesme and ten minutes to the beaches, spa and thermal baths.

| Kitchen: | Kitchen includes cooker, hob, fridge-freezer, microwave and a kitchen. Dining room with a dining room table and six chairs. |
| Utility Room: | Includes washing machine clothes line and all cleaning equipment. |
| Living Rooms: | Lounge has a full three piece suite, coffee tables and a fully operational fire. There is a television with satellite dishes. The lounge is fully air-conditioned. |
| Other: | Patio area at the front and rear of villa suitable for outdoor eating and contains all garden furniture and lounger for the pool. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
2 sets of bedroom linen are provided and towels. The villa is cleaned on arrival and can be cleaned for a fee of £30 for each clean. |

Coast/Beach
The harbour and beach of Cesme are 10 minutes walk from the villa. There is windsurfing, yachting and scuba diving available in these areas. There is also many beach fun areas that have water sports available on them.
Special interest holidays
The town of Cesme is known for its thermal spas and waters and has many therapies such as thalassotherapy, climatherapy, hydrotherapy, speleotherapy and peloidotherapy. Helping people with many problems such as arthritus, muscular, dermatological, cardio-vascular diseases.
Travel
The villa is 50 minutes drive from the airport and City of Izmir. Transferes can be arranged for you by a local driver who is paid separately from the rental of the villa.
Distances
The Peninsular of Cesme is surrounded by over 20 blue flag beaches and traditional Turkish villages such as Ilica, Alacati and Erythai. All towns are accessible by car and by local mini bus.
Booking notes
25% of the total rental price is needed to secure your booking and the remaining 75% is due in full 4 weeks before you arrive.
