’Falcons Nest’ is a newly built 3 bedroom luxury villa overlooking the town of Kalkan, offering superb views of Kalkan Bay, the islands and surrounding mountains. The villa has a private garage and a large infinity split level swimming pool with built in steps. Large patio area with sun beds and parasols, table and chairs and BBQ area. Overlooking Kalkan ‘Falcons Nest’ is surrounded by well planted gardens. ‘Falcons Nest’ is in a peaceful area with easy access to the road. It comes fully air conditioned and is completely self contained, with all linen and towels supplied with the villa.

Infinity swimming pool 8m x 5m with shallow end approx 1.3m deep and steps built in. Large patio/sun bathing area with sun loungers table and chairs, barbecue area and well planted garden area. Underground garage with storage room above.
Coast/Beach
The Kalkan area has several beautiful beaches. A very pleasant pebbly public beach with crystal-clear water is located just to the east of Kalkan's harbour; it (and the surrounding water) has earned a Blue Flag award for cleanliness. Gorgeous Kaputas Beach is a lovely sandy swimming cove nestled at the foot of a striking mountain gorge, about 10 minutes from Kalkan. Another option, Patara Beach, is part of a national park. It is a beautiful 16 kilometre stretch of sand backed by dunes.
Travel
Dalaman Airport 1,5 hours away from Kalkan. Antalya Airport 2,5 hours away from Kalkan. Car hire is available. There are plenty of car hire places locally offering good quality cars, jeeps, or mini-buses
Distances
Kas is 29km. Patara beach is about 20 mins drive and has a magnificent beach which is over 16km long. The ruins at Xanthos and Letoon are 30 mins drive away from Kalkan.
Saklkent gorge is 20 minutes drive, Fetiye town is around 40 minutes away. Olü Deniz is about a 50 minutes drive. There is a fish farm where you can eat trout and bass about 10 minutes away from Kalkan in Bodamya.
Further details
An abundance of reasonably priced excellent quality restaurants, 3 well stocked supermarkets that will deliver shopping free, plus a weekly market held on Thursday. A pharmacy, dentist and doctor are in the town, plus post office and 3 banks for changing money.
Falcon boat leaves from Kalkan harbour every day for Mouse Island, Gerenlik Beach (mud bath), Camel Stone Beach, Firnaz Bay and Aquarium Beach offering excellent food and drink along with opportunities to swim, snorkle or just sun bathe.
There is a beach in town, platformed sunbathing areas by the sea with water skiing, surfing, sailing, scuba diving available. You can also go horse riding, canoeing, paragliding ...
