Our two villas are located on adjacent complexes and are both set in beautiful grounds. There are communal swimming pools with sunbathing areas. I believe Greenpark 1 & 2 are the most attractive and sort after complexes in the whole of Altinkum. You can relax in peace and tranquillity, but be at the beach and the restaurants in a matter of a 10-minute gentle stroll! The villas have private patios areas on which you can also sunbathe. Each bedroom has a sun terrace and there is also a pleasant outdoor seating area to the front of the villa where you can both dine and relax. Both villas are extremely well presented and we have equipped them with good quality soft furnishings. We use the villas for our own holidays, so you'll find every mod con that you need! The south facing patio is the perfect setting to enjoy the views of the pool and gardens. The villas are equipped with a quality patio set. The patio areas are large and are ideal for sunbathing.

Payable to owners (50% on booking and outstanding balance 6 weeks before departure). Prices do not include
Electricity. We charge 30p per unit (cost price). Moderate use of aircon uses around 100 units per week. Readings are taken by our property managers and payment is due on departure. Weekly cleaning (mandatory charge of £70 per week, payable on booking). Transfers can be arranged on request. Excludes transfers, and cleaning.
Changeover day
Villa is available from 12 noon on day of departure from UK and must be vacated by 12 noon 7/14 days thereafter

Notes on accommodation
All bedding and towels will be newly washed for your arrival and the villa clean. The villa and linen is cleaned each week by our local maid service. Most of the villas are used by the owners, so you can expect a friendly and peaceful community to relax in. The complex is ideal for couples and families wishing to enjoy a quality and peacful environment. In order to maintain this we respectfully ask our clients to be mindful of the needs of the other guests and residents staying on the complex.
Outside
The Greenpark complexes are one of the best maintained and presented sites in Altinkum. Ali (the complex manager) and his staff take the greatest pride in the upkeep of their lawns and gardens and ensure the swimming pools are of the highest hygenic standard.
Travel
The nearest airport is Bodrum, which is approx 80kms from Altinkum. Transfer will take take approx 90 mins. We can arrange transfers on request.
Onur Air, Excel Airlines and Fly Thomas Cook provide very competitive rates.
Note: air fares appear to be remaining high for 2008, but you still can get a good deal if you hunt round - I obtained a return flight in June 2008 for a total price of £129

Altinkum is situated on the south west coast of Turkey between the renowned holiday resorts of Bodrum and Kusadasi. The beaches are sandy and the sea is turquoise in colour! Altinkum has its own small harbour where many gulet boats offer a wide range of excursions. Altinkum is ideal for visits to the many famous historical, cultural and wonderful tourist attractions and offers a holiday with something for everyone. The resort is popular with British families and couples who want to enjoy the safe beaches and the hundreds of restaurants and bars. The nightly stroll down the beautiful beachfront promenade is truelly a perfect way to unwind or choose your social venues for the evening! For those with a little more energy, there is of course the numerous discos centred around Dolphin Square (although Altinkum should not be mistaken for a Bodrum type resort). In the peak summer months Turkish families will also holiday in Altinkum, which reflects the growing popularity of this resort. Local travel agencies can organise many different ways to spend the day, which assures you that your trip is arranged in a professional way and that it is well insured and safe. You can make many daily trips such as to the Virgin Mary's house (Efesus) and the spectacular natural landscape at Pamukkale. Not forgetting the kids - there is also plenty to do here! Why not take part in the jeep safari or visit the nearby Aqua Parks.You'll find that most prices are cheap when compared to excursions in other European resorts.
