This villa is situated on a gentle sloping lane overlooking one of the bays with sea views and a lovely mountain backdrop. The house is just under one hours drive from Izmir Airport, to which there are regular flights from all London and other UK airports. Bodrum airport can also be used being under 2 hours away. This villa benefits from being on a small complex of 30 properties with local shop at the end of the lane. There is parking available outside the property, the property is right next to the large shared swimming pool. Here you can keep an eye on your children and keep them safe within the gated complex with lovely mature garden. Large patio varanda set with table and chairs overlooking fantastic views of mountains and lovely warm breezes. Fantastic location being near the best beaches only 5 min bus ride and a short dolmus bus ride away to the town and large supermarkets. Ideal for booking site seeing and day trips in the town to which there are many, something for everyone.

| Living Rooms: | Open plan lounge to the kitchen in a shape of a large L, the end of the L can become 3rd bedroom with a lovely private cutain partion with 2 sofa beds which can be set up as 2 single beds or 1 kingsize bed. Also coffee table, board games, CD player, TV. |

Towels and bedlinen are included.Cleaned before your arrival and after your vacation. Extra maid service can be arranged with lovely English lady who also offers baby sitting service. A welcome pack of food can be arranged for you (paid locally direct). |
Notes on accommodation
Very suitable for families with 3 children (triple bunk beds) plus downs stairs room option for grandparents. This is a 2 bed villa with the option of using apart of the downstairs lounge becoming a third bedroom using the sofa beds and private curtain partition this can be set up as one kingsize bed or two separate single beds. This is a peaceful relaxing location and close enough to the bustling town of Kusadasi. No lugging of heavy drinking water bottles, bought from security man, Katan across from villa. Supermarket Migros 5 min bus ride away also has a taxi service at the side of the supermarket, can take you to the villa for around 10 YTL, no lugging shopping on the buses.
This supermarket is also next to a busy undercover bazaar which is great for cheep bargains, there are also many restaurants around here with only a 5 min walk to long beach.

Outside
The villa lounge opens onto a large patio veranda, overlooking beautiful blue sky mountain views of the sea and the large swimming pools. The gardens on this complex are very loverly and mature gardens.
The bathroom upstairs has a door that opens onto a balcony and stairs that go up to the tiled roof terrace with a table and chairs where you can see the sea.
Coast/Beach
Situated 20 mins walk to Long Beach (5 mins bus ride) which is several miles long and made up of beaches - Diamond beach, Silversands, Moonlight, that offer watersports, restaurant bars, horse riding. Several beach bars offer free pick up from villa and return, by calling them by mobile phone, all details in villa. Best was Moonlight Beach bar with night time entertainment great for families and non expensive.
Travel
The nearest Airport is Izmir (about an hour by car) or Bodrum (an hour and a half). Car hire is possible from the airports or local town, but not necessary as the public transport is extremely reliable, frequent, friendly and inexpensive. Airport transfers can easily be arranged through us if required.
Further details
Breathtaking scenery and facinating historical sites around every coner. There's plenty to keep anyone occupied in this area. The famous and fasinating ancient city of Epheses one of the 7 wonders of the world is situated not far from Kusadasi, which our children loved exploring, you can also visit the house of Virgin Mary. Pamukkle, Priene Miletus Didyma. There are also 2 large waterparks rated in the top 10 waterparks in the world in Kusadasi, Aqua Fantasy and Adaland where you can book to swim with the dolphins. Lazy day cruise around the sparkling coastline, any which can be booked at good money for value with local agents in the town of Kusadasi.
Booking notes
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required on booking with remainder due eight weeks before departure. Damages deposit £200 refunded to you by bank transfer direct to your bank 3 days after your vacation.
