Changeover day
Apartment: on day of arrival is available from 2pm and to vacate 12 midday on the day of departure, change over flexible were possible please ask owner before booking your flights. Cleaning is twice weekly towels & linen provided (but not beach towels).

This accommodation comprises: A light and bright open plan lounge T.V, DVD and CD player is provided along with sofa bed for 1 more extra guest. The kitchen is large open plan with breakfast bar and fully fitted, the kitchen includes hob, microwave, washing machine, iron, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and all the cutlery, crockery, glasses and cooking utensils you would use at home.. Balcony poolside access is a plus with a well stocked fridge of cold drinks! The air conditioned bedrooms are larger than average with plenty of storage, all beds have been made higher to slide your holiday suit cases underneath and out of your way... all rooms have a lovely spacious feel. The bathroom is fully tiled and includes a power shower and towel rails. Towels are provided but (please provide your own beach towels). |

Notes on accommodation
Added extra! When renting these two apartments together the space is doubled sleeping up-to 8/10 people much larger than the average villa and gives each family plenty of there own living space at all times which is much appreciated from time to time when on holiday..Proven to be a huge success with guests.
Extras fitted to this apartment are as follows
Smoke alarms, a boiler for all your hot water, fire extinguisher, air conditioning and a safety deposit box for your holiday peace of mind.
A camping cot is available on request free of charge.
Outside
There are two large balconies with comfortable and stylish patio furniture, the front balcony over looks a large size swimming pool located directly in front of your holiday home with very easy access from your balcony stairs, the balcony to the rear of the apartment over looks the beautiful mountains of Babadag and the village..The position of the balconies mean that you can enjoy either sunshine or shade throughout the day.
This stunning complex has beautiful landscaped gardens and a kidney shaped communal swimming pool which provides plenty of sunbeds and parasols for all guests, the gardens and pool are maintained daily.
In the complex is a little bar area for all your drinks and snacks at any time or simply just to relax and socialise with other holiday makers the choice is yours.
The complex is walled and gated which gives you total privacy.
Coast/Beach
Olu Deniz is one of Europe's most photographed beaches and widely known for the beautiful blue lagoon, along with paragliders who travel from all over the world to jump from the famous Babadag mountain which stands 2,000 metres high.
Olu Deniz has been advertised on GMTV as a top holiday destination and is only 10 mins away..
Travel
Transfers are available at £20 per person return, (min of £80 return) Transfer time is 50 minutes please don't hesitate to ask owner for details and to make the booking for you.
Please note on your return, Dalaman airport is very expensive and it would be advised to take your own supply of food and beverages to prevent any disappointment.
To change your Stirling money into Turkish Lira sometimes you will get more for your money in Turkiye as the rate changes daily.
Distances
The village nightlife is only a 5 mins walk away and it offers you all you need for a great holiday, the bars and restaurants are very good value for money and the local people are really friendly. Hillcrest ll holds a perfect position and yet an undisturbed sleep is guaranteed.
Booking notes
Deposit of £100 non refundable will need to be paid to secure your holiday booking..Balance is due in full 8 weeks before departure.
Smokers are welcome but please smoke ONLY out on the balcony.. Pool is available from May - October and is maintained daily.
