3 year old bungalow style 3 bedroom villa in quiet location on the edge of town. Very large 55sq.m swimming pool with additional paddling pool for the kiddies. Air conditioning throughout. 2 travel cots and 1 highchair. Smoke detectors in all rooms. Private walled garden with lighting, shaded terrace for outdoor dinining, BBQ, car parking. Fully equipped modern kitchen. 2 shower rooms (1 en-suite). TV, DVD, English satellite channels, safe. Welcome pack. We have an English speaking manager in Dalyan who will be able to help with any requirements you may have and we can arrange transport between airport and villa for you.

Notes on prices
Prices shown are for the property per week in UK Pounds and include weekly clean and welcome pack. A return airport transfer (Dalaman) can be arranged for £40 for the whole party. Payment can be made by either cheque, credit card or PAYPAL. (n.b. a surcharge of 3.5% will be charged for payment by credit card or PAYPAL).
Changeover day
Preferred changeover day Monday but we may be flexible on this. Any holiday duration available, daily rate pro rata.

The villa will be cleaned once per week. All linen and towels are provided & changed once per week. 6 beach towels are provided for your use. Our English speaking manager will be at the villa to welcome you and show you around. Car hire can be arranged. |

Air-conditioned throughout. Lots of shade and a large non-slip area around the pool. Lockable gates on the terrace steps that lead down to the pool area. Lockable security irons on all windows and patio doors.

Accessibility
The villa is on one storey but there are a couple of steps going up to the front door and down onto the sundeck from the villa.
Outside
There is a walled garden surrounding the property. The private swimming pool is a large 55 sq.m, surrounded by a paved sundeck (not marble, so not slippery!). Paddling pool for small children which is in the shade by early afternoon. 6 cushioned sunbeds. Parasols. Garden lights, and underwater lights in the pool. Large shady terrace with tables and chairs for outside dining. There is a brick built Turkish style barbecue in the garden. There is a beautiful view of the mountains. Watch the local pair of nesting storks using our telescope! Lots of mature shrubs & flowers. Also fruit trees, grape vine and banana plants. Help yourself to the fruit if it's ripe during your stay.
Coast/Beach
Beautiful Iztuzu beach (voted number 6 in the top 10 beaches of the world) is a short boat or bus ride from the town centre. This is a 10 minute walk from the villa, or you can take the local dolmus (bus) from just along the lane. The famous river-front runs along the edge of town which is also a 10 minute walk from the property.
Travel
The nearest airport is Dalaman, which is a 20-30 min transfer from Dalyan. We can arrange this for you at a cost of £40 (return). Car hire is not essential but is available quite cheaply if you want to travel around the area. We can arrange this for you.
Distances
Marmaris - approx 90 minutes by bus
Fethiye - approx 1 hour by bus
Further details
There are numerous local attractions, and activities, including the mud baths, boat trips/hire, Iztuzu beach, Kaunos ancient ruins, diving, snorkeling, bird watching, paragliding, white water rafting, and spectacular scenery everywhere. At night there is a lively atmosphere with numerous bars and restaurants, but without all the noise associated with more commercialised resorts. Main road closed to traffic during the evening. There is a small shop a couple of minutes walk down the lane where you can get fresh bread, cheese, drinks etc. More shops and a large supermarket are found on the walk towards the town, only minutes away. The post office, bank and public phones can be found in the town centre.

Please email or telephone for availability and to book. A booking form will be sent to you, which you should return with a 20% deposit. Payment can be made by cheque, credit or debit card or PayPal. The balance is payable 8 weeks before departure date. Transfer fee if applicable is payable in the resort.
