Our villa borders peach groves with beautiful views of neighbouring hills. Our 4 bedroom, well furnished villa has a large wrap around patio giving you ideal sunbathing opportunities throughout the whole day. The Silver Sand Beach is a leisurely 10 mins stroll and on the way you will encounter fresh fruit and vegetable stalls as well as small grocery shops. The beach has very affordable bars/restaurants for lunch and evening dining. The sunset from the beach is beautiful as is the walk back as by the evening there are many more local stalls selling everything from bedding to jewellery.

Accessibility
Unfortunately, this property is not suitable for wheelchair users.
Outside
Large patio table with 10 chairs and parasol, a children's patio set with parasol, sunloungers with cushions. Good sized communal swimming pool. Large wrap around patio (all meals and the whole holiday will be spent outdoors, with the exception of sleeping). Purpose built brick BBQ, outside toilet, sink and shower. Outside hose and paddling pool. Grass around the villa and a small plot set aside for entertaining or for the children to play in.
Coast/Beach
The Silver Sands Beach is less than 10 minutes walk away.
If you prefer more popular beaches the local bus (dolmus) can be taken into town from where you can access other beaches.
Travel
Izmir airport is about 50 minutes drive. I can help you organise transfers which are about £33 for a one-way trip for a family of 4/5.
Car hire is not necessary but available at a cost of about 50 Euros a day (depends on length of hire, age, car etc.)
Bodrum airport is about 90 minutes drive. Transfers can also be arranged from here.

Further details
Less than 20km from the historical ephesus. There are many, many places of interest nearby including a National Park. Izmir is an hour away and has such great wonders as the City of Troy.
The local Silver Sands Beach has opportunities for watersports. Fishing and diving trips can easily be arranged from the numberous travel agencies nearby.
An evening walk to the nightly market at Davutlar takes less than 20 minutes.
Booking notes
There is a damage deposit of £100 which will be returned the day that you leave the villa. Payment for rental can be made in cash in Turkey or via internet transfer.
Once a booking is made we ask for a 50% refundable deposit.
