'Bellamina' is a top quality spacious luxury apartment in a quiet peaceful location built and furnished to a very high standard with full air-conditioning, and has antique marble tile flooring throughout. The open plan living room is light, cool and spacious with a French door which opens on to a balcony with a table and 2 chairs to enjoy light meals, or to sit out and enjoy a glass of wine under the stars, with a wonderful sea view overlooking Kalkan and the bay. It also enjoys own spacious private sun terrace with 2 comfortable sun beds and a large parasol and table and chairs. It is one of the attractive stone built Emir apartments which were developed in 2006 within the building of the former Mina Hotel, which was a very popular Tapestry Holiday boutique hotel. It is in a superb quiet location within the edge of town yet only five minutes walk into the centre of Kalkan. There are two beautiful large pools with good quality sun beds and parasols, spacious terraces and garden areas.

| Bedrooms: | Large air-conditioned bedroom is bright and airy with 2 windows. It has a king size bed with good quality linen. 2 bedside tables, a large triple wardrobe with full length internal mirror and safe. Dressing table with stool and wall mirror with light. |
| Bathrooms: | Spacious fully tiled shower room, with enclosed cubicle shower unit with power shower. WC and washbasin with mirror and wall light. Also storage cupboard, housing iron, ironing board, clothes airer, etc. |
| Kitchen: | The well equipped kitchen area has ample matching wall and base units with granite work tops. Appliances include a gas hob with extractor fan, oven, washing machine, microwave, larder fridge and a full range of quality utensils, crockery and glassware. |
| Utility Room: | The apartment also has bookcase with a selection of paperbacks. Also a good quality CD player with a selection of CD`s, bring your own favourites if you wish. |
| Living Rooms: | The open plan living room is airy spacious and airconditioned, with a high ceiling. There is a comfortable matching armchair and three seater sofa which converts to single bed. A marble topped coffee table and an occasional table with a standard light. |
| Other: | Within the living area there is a glass topped dining table and four chairs all in traditional Turkish wrought iron style. There is also a LCD satelite TV with a selection of English programmes. All furniture and furnishings are of a very high standard. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Bedlinen and towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels. The apartment will be fully cleaned for arrival and weekly and midweek onwards, in addition, the bedlinen and towels are also changed midweek. All rubbish bins will be emptied daily. |
Notes on accommodation
Bellamina is a luxury one bedroom apartment with full air-conditioning. It is spacious with high ceilings, furnished to a high standard with new hand built traditional wrought iron and natural wood furniture. The bedroom is beautifully furnished with top qualility linen. There is a comfortable matching armchair and three seater sofa which converts to a single bed. The well equipped, fully fitted kitchen area has matching wall and base units with granite worktops.
Accessibility
The apartment is not suitable for persons with mobility difficulties as there are steps leading into Emir Apartments and up to the private terrace and entrance to the apartment.
Outside
The attractive stone built Emir Apartments were newly developed in 2006, and have been built to an exceptionally high standard. A select development of only 19 spacious units, within the building of the former Mina Hotel previously a very popular Tapestry Holiday boutique hotel. The apartments have a very pleasant and private exterior with a good view of Kalkan and the bay, and are not overlooked from outside the development.
There are two large freshwater swimming pools, surrounded by spacious sun terraces, with comfortable sun beds and parasols provided for the use of guests. The enclosed grounds feature a number of sheltered sun bathing terraces and landscaped gardens with many attractive flowering plants and shrubs. Also the 'Bellamina Apartment' enjoys its own private sun terrace with two comfortable sun beds and a large parasol.
Coast/Beach
Kalkan has a pebble beach within walking distance of the apartment, which is very good in the sheltered bay for sunbathing and for swimming. There are sun loungers and parasols for hire. There are also several beach clubs with excellent facilities some which offer free car transfer to and from the apartment, details are in our guest book. The world famous Patara Beach is only 20 mins by taxi or dolmus.
Travel
The nearest Airport is Dalaman which is a one and a half hour drive on a pleasant scenic route. We will, if required, arrange private car transfer from the Airport to our apartment and return, the cost is £50 each way. Although a car is not necessary as once at the apartment everything is on hand, if required car hire from the airport, or in Kalkan, can be arranged at very competitive prices.
Distances
Excursions to many historical sites and boat trips can be easily booked locally. A visit to Kas a nearby coastal town is good for shopping and always of interest and is easily reached by dolmus.
Further details
The very picturesque Old Town, with quaint shops and superb restaurants some in the open air and others on roof top terraces with a variety of sea views all at very reasonable prices are a short walk from the apartment. There are two small supermarkets and other shops, three banks with ATM cash machines, bus station, post office and other facilities all within a 5 min walk.

A 25% non refundable deposit is required to confirm a booking, with the balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
