Villa Nabelle is located in the most wanted area in Kalkan, Kisla. Because of this priviliged postion you have unspoilt views over Kalkan bay and Kalkan harbour. The villa has its own private freshwater pool with marble terraces and dining area. The villa was finished in May 2007 and is decorated in contemporary style. There are 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. All bedrooms have a large balcony overlooking Kalkan Bay. The top floor bedroom has an extra kitchenette. Air-conditioning throughout the villa. Villa Angel is located just next to villa Nabelle. Both villas are identical and offer the same high standard of accommodation and views. They can be rented seperately or togheter. Villa Angel also has its own freshwater pool, marble terraces and outside dining area. The two properties are completely separated and have their own entrance.

Notes on accommodation
The villas are fully air-conditioned. Guests are asked not to smoke in the villas. Towels and linen are included. The villas are cleaned weekly with a change of linen weekly. The pool and terraces are cleaned daily. Free wireless internet available in the 2 villas.
Accessibility
The access to the villas is unsuitable for people in a wheelchair.
Outside
The villas each have their own freshwater swimming pool, which is 1.6 m deep. There is a built-in barbecue next to the teak outdoor furniture, which consists of a table with chairs and sunbeds. The stunning views from the pools are unspoilt.
Coast/Beach
The villas are approx 200m from the sea. Kalkan Beach Club and The Mahal Beach Club is just a few mins walk down from the villas. They have a restaurant and they operate a boat service to the harbour. Kalkan has a small pleasant pebble beach. Otherwise you can hop on a dolmus (a Turkish minibus) and head for either Patara Beach approx 20 mins 18km of sand, described as one of the most beautiful stretches of sand in all of Turkey, or Kaputas Beach a small but stunning beach, takes 10 mins.
Travel
The nearest airport is Dalaman, which takes approx 1,5 hours to Kalkan (120km). Transfers to and from the airport can be arranged. Prices one way to or from Dalaman up to 5 pers : 180 TRY, from 6 up to 12 : 250 TRY with minibus.
Distances
The centre of Kalkan/Harbour takes about 3 minutes by taxi. As all of Kalkan is hilly the walk will takes about 20 minutes. Kalkan is in the heart of the Lycian region and there are many historical sites close by to visit. The ruins of Patara, still being excavated and Xanthos, formerly the capital city of Lycia, are a 25 minute drive.

Kalkan is quietly sophisticated with a multitude of excellent harbour and roof top restaurants offering high standard culinary delights, together with a good selection of stylish and atmospheric blues and jazz bars. Our favorites restaurants are Trio at the harbour front and Gironda in the old town. Bars - Sandal bar and yachting point bar. The village shops stay open until around midnight and are well stocked with interesting antiques, crafts, jewelers, carpets and clothing. The narrowing streets of the old town are ideal for an evening stroll. There are 2 banks with a cash dispenser in the village, as well as a Post Office which offers the best exchange rate. Credit cards or euro/sterling as well as Turkish lira are accepted in most of the town's shops and restaurants. There are 3 large supermarkets in Kalkan, offering a free delivery service, and 1 small supermarket within 2 mins walk of the villa. Market day is on a Thursday.
Booking notes
At time of booking a non-refundable holding deposit of 20% will be required with the balance being payable 8 weeks before your holiday start date. A £200 returnable damages deposit is required. This will be returned subject to no breakages, damages or losses. In the event of you having to cancel a loss of deposit will apply.
