Changeover day
Flexible changeover day must vacant villa by 12.00 noon.

Coast/Beach
Oludeniz is the nearest beach with its famous blue lagoon, it takes approx 10 mins by dolmus (minibus), it is one of the most photographed beaches in the world, with its beautiful white sand, surrounded by the Babadag mountains.
Travel
Dalaman airport is the nearest airport which is 45 mins away from the villa by car.
Distances
Hisaronu is the nearest town and is a 10 mins walk to the town centre. There are many bars and restaurants on the way to the town centre.
Further details
The villa is only minutes away from the nearest bars, restaurant and local shops. There is full use of Club Orka Hotel, which is 5 minutes walk, where you have the full use of all there facilities, which includes a kids club, 1 inside pool and 2 outside pools (1 with a water slide) and there also is a small gym where you can have a turkish bath, restaurants, bars and nightly entertainment to take advantage of. If you would like to go further afield then you could catch a dolmus (mini bus) and visit Oludeniz (dead sea) with the famous blue lagoon which is one of the most photographed beaches in the world where you can relax on the white sands surrounded by the Babadag mountains. If you don't fancy the above then why not try Fethiye with fishing boats where they catch fresh fish daily which is then sold to the restaurants and to the fish market where you can go and choose a fish you fancy and take it to one of the many restaurants where they will debone it, cook it and serve it to you with bread and salad for a small charge. Or take one of the many boats in the harbour and visit the 12 islands or may be go to the pleasant bazaar with its narrow shady streets and tiny square.

Full payment 12 weeks before departure.
If less then 12 weeks full payment with booking.
Deposit will be lost if cancelled.
Transfers can be arrange if required for an extra charge: £55 for up to 4 people, £65 for up to 8 people.
