Coast/Beach
400m to beach. 10 mins walk maximum.
'The Big Beach', as it is called, has all facilities: beach bars, sunloungers, sea sports, water ski. jet-ski and parasailing etc.
A pleasant stroll along the beach takes you into the old town and ancient monuments with its diverse bars, restaurants and places of entertainment.
Side is almost surrounded by beaches being on a promontory.

Golf
A major links golf course is located less than 20 mins from the Irem. We have a strong relationship with them and can introduce residents.

Travel
Antalya Airport is approx 70km away about 40 mins drive.
We can arrange to have you collected if you give prior notice.
Car hire available if desired.

Distances
Beach 10mins walk max. Manavgat local market town is 4km away. Side old town, 1200m, 20 mins walk. Aspendos amphitheatre, 30km with shows, opera, classical music and ballet through summer. Fantastic environment. Side has its own smaller amphitheatre which is open throughout summer with many shows of diverse nature. Side is a perfect point to set off for visit to many famous places of interest, east and west, within a day's travel. Golf course(Links) 20 mins drive.

Further details
Supermarkets to European standards within a few kilometres in Manavgat. Small shops for all essentials within walking distance. Many restaurants of a high standard nearby. All major banks with ATMs in Manavgat, 4km away. ATMs also in Side.
Side is a mature resort offering many delights for the inquisitive and adventurous traveller.
We will only be too happy to point out the places of interest around the area.
