These spacious luxury apartments are in a unique location on the Bodrum Peninsula, all have magnificent views over the beautiful bays of Tilkicik and Yalikavak. Ideally situated, the apartments are within a 3 minute walk to shops and restaurants and a 2 minute drive to the sea front of Yalikvak. The 2 bedroom apartments are air-conditioned throughout with a large lounge/dining room with patio doors that lead onto a large terrace that has breathtaking views. From the lounge an arch leads into a fully fitted kitchen, from the kitchen a door leads onto a side terrace which is equipped for alfresco dining, where you can take in the spectacular sunsets.

| The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one double and a twin. The bathroom has a shower, a sink and a wc. There is a spacious lounge/dining room that comfortably seats six, with a double sofa bed and a 3 seater settee, satelite TV and DVD, from the lounge a patio door leads onto a large balcony which has terrace furniture. An arch leads from the lounge into the kitchen which is fully equipped with a hob, microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a fridge/freezer, washing machine, clothes drier, an ironing board and iron. Notes on accommodation
The apartments are air-conditioned throughout and are furnished to a high standard to ensure your total comfort. The accommodation is ideal for families and couples alike. Property management will ensure that all linen and towels are changed weekly and the apartments are throughly cleaned at each changeover.
This small and private complex has spacious lawned areas with a wonderful large shared pool. There are sunbeds with each apartment, there is private parking with the outside areas of the apartments having external lighting. The beach is a 5 minute walk from the apartment.
Bodrum Milas airport is 45 minutes drive from the apartments along a breathtaking coastal road. Car hire recommended but not essential. Assistance with flights, transfers, car hire if required.
Accessibility
There are cafes and restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk. It is 15 minutes walk to Yalikavak sea front or 3 minutes by car. There the new marina has many shops, cafes, and restaurants. If you go into Yalikavak village you will find many traditional Turkish restaurants, cafes and shops, you can walk along the sea front that is pedestrianised, passing the small harbour and much more. We are sorry to say that in our view these apartments are not wheelchair friendly.
Outside
There are lawned gardens surrounding the apartments and every apartment has its own barbecue, sunloungers and patio furniture. There is a large shared swimming pool for everyone's enjoyment.
Coast/Beach
A five minute walk takes you to a beautiful beach with shallow water ideal for children and a twenty minute drive takes you to large water park outside Bodrum.
Travel
Bodrum Milas airport is 45 minutes away, transfers and car hire can be organised by our site manager prior to arrival. Car hire is recommended but not essential.
