This brand new contemporary apartment is perfect for a golfing or family holiday. It is located in an exclusive development and benefits from 24-hours on-site security and parking. The spacious apartment has a large open plan lounge/dining area which leads out onto a generous balcony that enjoys a pool view. The kitchen is fitted with Siemens white goods. There is a sitting area with a large double sofa bed. The dining table seats 6 people and the table on the balcony seats 8 people. The spacious master bedroom with en-suite shower room has access to the terrace. There are two more bedrooms and a family bathroom. Each room has air conditioning that can be switched to cold/hot. There are shutters on all windows which are ideal for keeping the apartment cool. We want this to be more of a 'home from home' experience for guests, so a small selection of books and CDs have been left in the apartment for their enjoyment.

Notes on accommodation
The apartment is fully air-conditioned and can be switched to heating in the unlikely event you are cold! The complex is safe and secure for children who can play in the children's pool under the watchful eye of parents while they relax with a drink on the balcony. Equally, all the facilities are geared towards the avid golfer, with its storage space for clubs, putting green and close proximity to world class golf courses.

Coast/Beach
The beautiful Belek Beach Park with the majestic Taurus Mountains rising in the distance, is located within 5 minutes drive and can be reached easily by regular public transport. Here you will be able to sample delicious inexpensive dishes at one of the many beach restaurants. No Mediterranean country has a more beautiful coastline, and none offers better value. Golf
Turkey is fast becoming a golfer’s paradise with the resort of Belek the most popular by far with international golfers. The Mediterranean resort is already home to 12 world class golf courses. All the courses in the region have been have been designed and developed by international teams of Golf architects, consultants and PGA Professionals. Course maintenance is also top notch. Belek was recently featured as one of the places to go in Golf World's Golf Escapes 2007 supplement. Golf tee times can be booked in advance and transfers can be organized by request.
Travel
Antalya International airport is located only 25 minutes drive away. Airport transfers and car hire can be organized by request.
Distances
The apartment complex is located in a quiet area within a few mins walk to the town centre of Belek. There is a small grocery shop just around the corner and more shops can be found in Belek town centre which is a 5 min walk. Belek offers numerous shopping facilities, cafes, bars, restaurants, bank, currency exchange, post office etc. There are 2 private hospitals within 10 minutes drive. There is also a huge bazaar every Saturday where you can haggle to your heart's content.
Further details
The whole resort is packed with excellent restaurants and bars and tennis and water sports facilities, making it ideal for the whole family. In addition there is rafting, diving, jeep safaris, horse riding, paint balling and many other activities all within a short drive. Antalya city centre with its picturesque harbour, numerous shopping, leisure and entertainment facilities is within half an hour drive. The historic town of Side and the ruins of Aspendos and Perge are also within easy reach. The Taurus Mountains offer skiing 1 hour away during Winter. White-water rafting, excellent walking countryside, fishing and hunting. Children's Aqua Park nearby.
A free Welcome Pack is left in the fridge for all guests on their arrival. This consists of eggs, wine, beer, bread, milk, butter, coffee and tea.
Booking notes
For confirmation of the booking, a 25% deposit is required. Full payment is required 8 weeks prior to arrival. Please be aware if you are a group of more than 6-8 people that we have another apartment for rent in the Olympias Complex. Please contact us by email before booking regarding availability of the second apartment.
