A small yet spacious villa in a beautiful peaceful location. It is set in its own garden with olive trees, bougainvillea and pine trees. There is a large veranda to shade you from the sun. The villa is a few steps away from the quiet shared pool where you can enjoy fantastic views whilst you swim. Most of the time you will have the pool to yourself. There is also a bar at the pool serving drinks and snacks. Plus staff on the complex to assist if there are any problems

The living room is a combined lounge diner area, with French windows which slide back so you can dine inside or out on the veranda. |
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: |
Fresh white linen and towels are provided and beach towels. For a 2 week let there will be a towel and linen change after the first week. Extra linen and cleaning available at an extra cost. |

Heating and air-conditioning is in each of the bedrooms.
The pool also has a separate shallow end for children.

Accessibility
Because of the location of the villa in the mountain it is not suitable for people with mobility problems, or wheelchair users.
Outside
The villa is situated in it's own private garden which is pretty secluded, there is an outside table and chairs and a parasol so you can dine outside under the veranda. You can also see views of Gocek harbour in the distance.
Coast/Beach
Nearest public beach is Inlice (grey sand) which is 5 minutes by drive or taxi, plus Katranci (yellow sand) has sunbeds and a restaurant 15 minutes drive or taxi. Gocek which is on the harbour front is 10 minutes by car 30 minutes of foot.
Travel
Flights are available to Dalaman International Airport from all Major UK Airports. Dalaman is the nearest airport to the villa, and with the new tunnel which has now opened, it is just 15 minutes away in taxi/car to the villa. Istanbul is just under 1 hour flying time.
Distances
Gocek is only 10 minutes by car 30 minutes on foot you can stroll along the harbour and look at the yachts or take one of the boat trips around the 10 islands of Gocek where lunch is included and the boat stops several times so you can swim in the clear blue waters
Fethiye is 40 minutes drive/dolmus this is a large market town where you can spend all day shopping. Dalyan is 60 minutes by car and is famous for the Rock Lycian Tombs and you can catch a short boat ride to Turtle Beach.
Further details
Gocek itself has plenty of local shops where you can purchase fresh produce and has a large market on Sunday's. Fethiye also has a large market, much bigger than Gocek, which has endless stalls selling fresh fruit and veg, Turkish delight, plus Turkish ladies selling freshy made pancakes which are definately worth a try.

'Your villa is a delight! We had the most wonderful time at Club Rosmarin. Everything worked like clockwork. From the Mercedes taxi which met us at Dalaman Airport to the lovely cleaning lady we felt like royalty. Thank you so much for taking so much time and trouble to make our stay so enjoyable. We were particularly grateful for the groceries. It was great to arrive and to find milk, tea etc. For the first few days we were the only people on site! We enjoyed the pool having it all to ourselves. We went with the object of relaxing and we did just that. The villa was immaculate. When the cleaning lady came on Friday she stayed for 1 and a half hours and remade the beds, did the loos etc. She was very pleasant. We gave her a tip!' Elaine - Edinburgh
