The villa is situated on a hill overlooking Kalkan Bay about a 15 minute walk (downhill) from the centre of town. The property is tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard with custom-made Turkish style furniture. The 2 units share a large pool and terrace/garden but otherwise are entirely self contained. Air conditioning is provided throughout.
NB If you only require 1 of the 2 villas we give a discount of £175 per week. We do not let the other villa so you have sole use of the large pool and terrace.

Air-conditioning is provided throughout. The villa is suitable for children.
Accessibility
As the villa is approached by a set of steps and laid out on 3 floors it is not suitable for wheelchair users.
Outside
The villa has a large private pool (8 x 4 and 1.8m deep) with entry steps at 1 corner for easy access. The very large pool terrace has plenty of room for 12 people to relax with 8 wooden adjustable sun loungers, 8 large parasols, 8 bean bag chairs together with a gas barbecue and dining table/chairs for 12. Both of the roof terraces are private and have table/chairs for 6.
Coast/Beach
Watersports available at local beach clubs include: Windsurfing, waterskiing, ringos/donuts, parasailing, jet-skiing, sea canoeing, pedaloes, scuba diving.
Day trips include: Patara beach, Saklikent Gorge, Kalkan boat trips, horse riding, Fethiye market and Kayaköy, canoeing, paragliding, sea kayaking at Kekova, Greek Island of Meis (Castellorizo), Xanthos, Letoon and Pinara.
Special interest holidays
Kalkan is full of character and is one of the prettiest resorts along the Lycian coast. The resort has a network of alleys winding down to the bay, which have a wide variety of interesting craft shops. Kalkan has a reputation for having the highest number of restaurants and bars per inhabitant which suit all tastes and budgets. It is an ideal base to explore archaeological sights and over 25 can be reached within 2 hours travel.

The villa is 90 mins from Dalaman airport. 210 mins from Antalya airport.
Distances
Close to the villa (less than 15 minutes drive) you will find a beach, sailing, waterskiing, windsurfing, fishing, walking, tennis, a sports centre, scuba diving, historic sites, shopping areas and restaurants. Patara National Park with one of the world's most beautiful beaches is less than 20 mins away.

Booking notes
A deposit of 25% of the villa price is required to confirm a booking. The balance is payable 8 weeks before departure. A £150 breakage deposit is payable with final balance and returned within one week of departure from villa. No pets allowed. Smoking inside the villa is not permitted.
