The villa boasts its own large swimming pool with several outside terraces, BBQ area and enclosed gardens, with air-conditioning throughout, TV, DVD, central heating and open fire place. The lovely harbour and market town of Fethiye and vibrant nightlife of Hisaronu are only a short Dolmus ride away. The spectacular beach of Olu Deniz, with its beautiful blue lagoon, is also easily reached by Dolmus.

Cot/highchair on request. Hotel Orka is a 10 minute walk and all the facilities are available to our guests including the service desk for the villa complex.
We ask that a breakages sum is given on arrival, to cover the villa for any possible damage.

Accessibility
Not really suited to the disabled due to the stairs and steps within the accommodation and grounds.

The outdoor pool is approx 12m x 6m and comes with many terraces with BBQ facilities and sunloungers, large balcony to 1st floor through main bedroom overlooking pool and enclosed gardens. Small 2nd balcony attached to 2nd bedroom. Secure gated driveway for 1 car. Security lights, pool lights and garden lights.
Coast/Beach
A 10 minute Dolmus ride (minibus local taxi service) will get you to Oludeniz town with beaches and the Blue Lagoon conservation area.
Special interest holidays
Places of interest include local traditional markets Mondays Hisaronu, Tuesday's Fethiye, Kayakoy the ancient greek ruins are near to Hisaronu. Island cruises from Fethiye. Saklikent, The gorge, white water rafting 45 minute coach tour. Ephese and Pumukkale can be booked as long day trips from local area. Horse riding, paragliding and jeep safari's booked locally.
Travel
Dalaman airport is a 45 minute transfer, car hire not essential to your stay as Dolmus buses run every 5 to 10 minutes.
Distances
Hisaronu, is 15 minute walk or 5 minute Dolmus. Oludinez is 10 minute dolmus ride. Fethiye is 15 minute Dolmus, Calis 20 minute Dolmus.

Local supermarket 5 minute walk or free delivery, banks and ATMs are situated in Hisaronu and Fethiye. Local restaurants and shops in Ovacik, Hisaronu, Oludeniz and Fethiye.
Booking notes
25% deposit (non refundable) at time of booking, final balance 8 weeks prior to departure. Late booking final balance due as soon as flights are confirmed. Balance payment to be paid with £100 breakage/cleaning deposit at least 8 weeks before departure. Breakage/cleaning deposit will be returned once keys returned to owner and villa checked.
