It is a newly built villa on the shores of the clear waters of the Aegean Sea on the Bodrum peninsula in Turkey. The fully air conditioned property sleeps 5 but can accommodate 7 with the foldaway beds. The villa is perfect for families or couples, it is tastefully furnished and there is everything you need for a perfect holiday. The ground floor terrace is ideal for eating and enjoying barbeques. This leads onto the large shared swimming pool which a perfect place to cool off whilst the roof terrace is a tranquil place to enjoy the evening sunset. Just a short stroll to the beach and bars/restaurants of the village.The villa is 100m from the bus stop which will take you to the busy markets of Bodrum.

The beautiful roof terrace houses an abundance of huge sun bathing cushions. An ideal place for enjoying the sun and watching the sunset. |

The villa is fully air conditioned. It has a fresh clean feel to it and offers everything you need for the perfect holiday. The villa is managed by a local English company who are available to you to offer help and advice on any aspect of your stay. The villa is our family holiday home and as such we are confident that it will meet your expectations. With its private roof terrace, large balcony in the master bedroom, plus the gardens and pool area, you will be sure tofind a that perfect spot for enjoying the sun. There are sun loungers and a bbq for the garden or pool area. The villa is perfect for buggies as the surrounding area is flat. 24 hour security and a full-time gardener will ensure your surroundings are of a very high standard.

Outside
The beautiful, tropical gardens are well maintained. Within the gardens you will find lemon trees, mandarin trees, pomegranate trees and peach trees. There is a large carpark.
Coast/Beach
There are many activities in the local area including scuba diving, fishing, windsurfing and boat trips. You can relax in a Turkish bath or visit the many local markets, Yalikavak on Thursday, go to a Turkish night or just explore the many fantastic local restraunts. There are many tours and excursions available in the area including Ephesus, Pamukkale, the mud baths at Dalyan or the historic city of Bodrum just 10 miles away. While your'e in Bodrum you can take a day trip to Kos for just £7.
Travel
45 minutes travel from Bodrum Airport.
Taxis buses (dolmus) all readily available.
Airport transfers & car hire can easliy be arranged when booking through the owners.
Distances
The village and beach of Yalikavak is a short 10 minute walk. The town of Bodrum is approx 10 miles in a dolmus or by hire car/taxi. There are many interesting and pretty fishing villages and beaches within a half hour journey from the villa

The beautiful Bodrum Peninsula suits holidaymakers interested in a relaxing atmosphere. Enchanting villages, with guest-houses and small hotels on quiet bays, dot the peninsula. On the southern coast, Bardakci, Gümbet, Bitez, Ortakent, Karaincir, Bagla and Akyarlar have fine, sandy beaches. Campers and wind-surfers enjoy Gümbet, and at Bitez colorful sail boards weave skillfully among the masts of yachts in the bay. On shore you can enjoy quiet walks through the orange and tangerine groves bordering the beach. Ortakent has one of the longest stretches of sandy beach in the area and offers an ideal place for relaxing in solitude. One of the most beautiful beaches on the Bodrum peninsula, Karaincir, is ideal for lively active days by the sea and relaxed, leisurely evenings with local villagers. Finally, Akyarlar enjoys a well-deserved reputation for the fine, powdery sand of its beach, it's also considered as one of the best beaches in the world. Turgutreis, Gumusluk and Yalikavak, all with excellent beaches, lie on the western side of the peninsula and are ideal for swimming, sunbathing and water sports. In Turgutreis, the birthplace of a great Turkish Ottoman admiral of the same name, you will find a monument honoring him.
