This air conditioned apartment provides 2 bedrooms, 2 WC shower rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, lounge and dining room. To the front there is first floor Balcony overlooking the gardens and for those holiday drinks in the evening overlooking the picturesque bay out towards the setting sun. To the rear there is a secure entrance which is at ground level with a small patio area surrounded by terraced gardens. Situated in a quiet residential area, it is just a short walk to the marina and numerous bars and restaurants in the old part of town together with a Carrefour supermarket nearby! The location is ideal for family holidays.

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
Special offers: 2 persons staying pay only £250 per week. 4 persons staying pay only £300 per week. 6 persons staying pay £350 per week. Also discounts for October -December depend on the length of stay: 5% for 1 week.10% for 2 weeks. 15% for 3 weeks. 20% for 4 weeks. For example: 2 persons for 4 weeks = £250 x 80% = £200. 6 persons for 4 weeks = £350 x 80% = £280. Discounts for longer periods by negotiation.

Accessibility
The location is such that car hire is not essential to a good holiday, the local facilities are in walking distance and the local transport system is very cheap, however for those that wish to go further afield car hire is available both locally and from the airport. The accommodation is not recommended for wheelchair users.
Outside
The private garden areas surrounding the apartments are fully maintained with vehicle parking and outside lighting.
Coast/Beach
A 5 minute walks leads to the seafront, providing access to the marina and harbour. Boat trips leave for 12 islands, Gocek and Calis Beach, all at very reasonable rates. Lining the promenade are also many bars and restaurant. Local minibuses run every 10 mins to the centre of town adjacent to the local market/bazaar and bus station, from here buses go to the beach at Calis and the beautiful lagoon at Olu Denize.
Travel
The nearest airport is Dalaman airport, taxis and hire cars are available on arrival and the journey from the airport to Fethiye takes about 45 mins. Transfers between Dalaman and Fethiye may be booked in advance (recommended). Most UK airports operate direct charter flights to Dalaman airport.
Distances
Fethiye marina and town approx 1km, 5 mins by minibus. Nearest sandy beach. A beach, lined with trees on the other side of the bay, also Calis, 20 mins by water taxi, 15 mins by minibus. Olu Denize Beach, 30 mins by mini bus. Gocek Marina, 30 mins by mini bus.
Further details
Local markets: Tuesday Market in Fethiye (not to be missed), Sunday Market in Gocek, this is recommended by boat which stops off on the return to let you have a refreshing swim. Local excursions: Kaya 'Ghost' village, Saklikent, Tlos, Yaka Park and Dalyan, or for the more adventurous coach trips to Ephesus and Pammukale are also available.
Booking notes
For bookings made more than 6 weeks in advance a deposit of 20% of the rental is required at the time of booking, the full rental is payable 6 weeks in advance, all bookings taken after 6 weeks from the booked date are payable in full at that time. A welcome pack and information will be provided upon arrival. Transfers from/to Dalaman airport can be arranged at additional cost to be confirmed at time of booking.
