The villa is very open and spacious, with large open-plan lounge and kitchen. Marble staircases to 2 bedrooms (each with their own balcony) and large wet room on 1st floor, and then 2nd floor has another en suite bedroom and large roof terrace with open views to the Taurus mountains. Fully furnished patio, around a super 10m x 4m pool.
And for the golfers, 7 wonderfully varied courses only 15 minutes away.

Changeover day
This is as flexible as possible. Just let me know when you want to travel and I will do my best to accommodate you.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | Bedrooms 1 and 2 are on the 1st floor, each with their own patio, and large wet room. Also automatic washing machine. Bedroom 3 is on 2nd floor, with en suite and a large roof terrace. |
| Bathrooms: | 1st floor wet room has WC, shower, wash basin and large mirror. 2nd floor wet room has shower and wash hand basin. Separate WC on ground floor. |
| Kitchen: | Fully fitted kitchen, with cooker, microwave, toaster, all cutlery and crockery, pots and pans, glasses and serving dishes. |
| Living Rooms: | Open plan lounge, with dining table, satellite TV, DVD player, and double sofabed plus 2 lounge chairs. |
| Other: | Other facilities are barbecue, patio furniture, sun loungers around the pool.and a pool-side shower. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All bedding is included, along with hand and bath towels. All this will be changed each week, but there is a facility to have an additional maid service midweek, paid locally. |
Notes on accommodation
Each floor is fully air conditioned, offering heat as well as cold. plenty of room in a lovely airy house. The pool has a shallow and deep end, with set of steps into it.
There is security fastenings on all ground floor doors and windows.

Accessibility
The area of the villa is very flat, and there are 3 wide steps up to the house. Once inside, the ground floor offers space and facilities for people with limited mobility.
Outside
The pool is private and therefore, for sole use of the guests, and there are loungers, and chairs for everyone. A large table and chairs means eating alfresco is a must.
Coast/Beach
Both Belek and Kadriyre have beautiful, natuaral beaches, both with great bars and restaurants. that are not too invasive if you just want to chill and relax. Either can be reached by car within 7/8 minutes. It will take about 25 minutes to walk.
Golf
The villa is within 15 minutes of some wonderful golf courses. Namely The Gloria, 18 hole, 72 stroke, Championship course with a 3 hole Academy course.
Then there's the Tat Golf. (Tat means "Taste" in Turkish) 27 hole Championship course.
Next, the new Sultan, 9 hole-18 tees, par72, 6330 meters. After that we have the Pasha, again a Championship course, 18 hole, for high & low handycappers.
There is the Robin Nobilis course, 18 hole, with a couple of 3 pars, (9th & 16th), beautifully designed, in and out the cork trees.
Then of course is the National, an 18 hole Championship course. par 72, 6232 metres. Designed by Ryder Cup player David Feherhy.
Golfing packages can be arranged locally by our agent.
Skiing
There is Skiing in the winter, in the Taurus mountains, which are about 35 minutes from the villa.
Travel
Antalya is the nearest airport which is a 25 mins drive from the villa. It is a modern efficient airport, and car hire can be picked up either from the airport, or it can be arranged by our agent, if you only want to hire for a few days.
However the is a superb taxi service that can be hired on a daily basis, at a very reasonable rate, to take you to local beauty spots.
Distances
Both Belek and Kadriyre are only 7 or 8 minutes from the villa, and each is a very good place to buy those holidays specials, such as leather goods, jewellery, clothes, and almost anything else you could need. They also have great bars and restaurants, and everyone is so very friendly, always speaking great English!
Further details
One of the most memorable things about this part of Turkey, is the people! They are so very friendly, without being 'pushy' The majority of them speak superb English, and make you feel so very welcome.
Within the local area there is obviously the golf, but there is also horse riding, tennis, paintballing and go-karting. About 20 minutes away is the ancient ampitheatre of Aspendos, and also the lovely old beach resort of Side, with great shops again, and also boat trips around the coast. Antalya has a lovely old town, with many artists and sovenier shops. There is also a very good designer outlet centre on the outskirts of the town for the shoppers amongst you.
A bit further afield is the town of Alanya (about an hour and a quarter) with lovely beaches and bars. Also going west, the town of Kemer where there are some wonderful jewellery shops. (Gold and diamonds are such good value, in all the towns, girls). If you want to take a drive for an hour or so, take the coast road from Kemer, down to Kalcan! absolutely fabulous views.
Booking notes
Upon your enquiry I will send a detailed leaflet to you either by post or email. This also has a booking form, asking for flight details etc. A 20% deposit is required with the booking and the balance is required 30 days prior to travel. A letter will be sent to remind you of the dates.
